Large house, 4 bedrooms-each with a private bathroom. One half bathroom in the main living room. The living room/dining room and kitchen were a large open gathering space that open to the patio and overlook the beach. Great for large gatherings and good space for large families. All bathrooms functioned with no problems. The kitchen was well stocked with almost everything. There is a full size washer/dryer on site which is very convenient since we utilized the pool/local beaches and cenotes frequently. The pool is larger than most private ones and in good condition. We only encountered a couple difficulties. There was a strong odor from the sewer in one of the bedrooms, this unfortunately, is common in Mexico and not something that the owner is able to fix. He was very nice and had a lady come clean the bedroom and bathroom to try and reduce the smell, which was generous of him. Like most private Mexico rentals, the whole place could use a thorough cleaning, but we bought cleaning supplies at the local store. Also the main contact person, Miguel is Spanish speaking only. This was not difficult for us since my daughter and son in law speak Spanish, but for others it may prove to be difficult. Both Omar and Miguel were slow to respond to messages. When we first arrived, it was a little difficult to get ahold of Omar to get the address of the property and Miguels info. The property is managed by Miguel who met us there to provide keys. Overall, good stay.
