If you are seeking somewhere special, far from the madding crowd, with the luxury of your own large pool in a very nice location, then this is the perfect choice. Can Reus is a new house which has been lovingly built and furnished by the owners and it is so much more than a holiday home. It is located in the heart of rural Mallorca, yet less than 10 minute driving from the ancient and picturesque town of Pollensa where there is a good choice of restaurants, pavement cafƩs, local shops and a colourful Sunday morning market. As the house is built on one level all the rooms, pool and gardens are easily accessible. The interiors throughout are wonderfully furnished mixing traditional Mallorcan design with contemporary style. As you enter the house you will find a bright living room with glass doors that faces the back covered terrace, very convenient for family meals and relaxing from breakfast right through the evening.

We had a lovely two weeks at Can Reus in August. The villa is comfortable, well stocked and well maintained. The pool was a big hit with our teens and we spent much of our time enjoying coffee and meals on the patio overlooking the hills. The owners couldnā€™t have been friendlier or easier to work with. Highly recommend.

Lovely villa in beautiful surroundings

We had a wonderful time at Can Reus. The Villa is very well equipped, clean and we particularly enjoyed the garden, big pool, ping pong table and outdoor seating areas. Itā€™s a short drive into Pollensa and other local towns or to the nearby beaches. Communication with the host and check in was great and easy and we would highly recommend the villa!

Great holiday

We had a fantastic week at this Villa. Place was spotless and loved the outside garden and pool. Will definitely consider it for another holiday next year. My husband is a bird watcher so loved looking at the raptors etc - weather was a bonus after the awful summer in the UK.

Great family villa

Super property close to everything we needed. Owners Jaime & Cati were very welcoming and easy to contact for any reason. Great weather for April but pool was just too cold for us (summer months would be amazing). Our kids (7 & 5) loved the little play area and huge gardens - all very private, fenced and quiet. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday. The villa was perfect for our young children. Great garden toys, plenty of shaded areas, easy walk to Lidl. Excellent communication from the host. Comfortable travel cot with mattress topper was provided.

A Wonderful Stay

We arrived late Saturday evening, and stayed until Thursday morning. The pool and playground kept my 3 year old busy, as well as the sheep next door. The house is a great size for 4-6 people, and there are plenty of options of where to dine when staying in. We all loved the property, and it's accessibility to the surrounding beaches, markets and groceries.

Fantastic house in quiet location

Lovely house, pool and gardens. Long lazy lunches and dinners on the veranda - visits to some beautiful beaches and the market in Pollenca. House was clean and really well equipped. A week wasnā€™t long enough! Owner came to clean the pool and was nice and helpful too.

Great family friendly home

We had a wonderful week in the villa with our daughter, husband and two young children. The pool was perfect for kids as was the playground area. The owners were very attentive and responded immediately to our queries. They provided a welcome pack of food upon arrival which was appreciated. We found the beaches at Cala da Vincens and Formenter to be fabulous, and easy to get to from the villa. Pollenca itself has lots to offer, the Sunday markets were vibrant with lots of bands playing. We would be happy to return to the villa and stay again.

Wonderful holiday

This is the 3rd time our family have stayed at the villa and as usual all was as described and the experience was great. The villa was spotlessly clean and Jaime made us very welcome. It was good to have a welcome pack of food essentials on arrival. The pool was clean and pool towels were provided. We would recommend this villa to anyone who wanted accomodation for 6 and it is well placed for both Pollensa old town and Puerto Pollensa. We hope to return.

Fantastic relaxing villa

We had a lovely time at the villa fully utilising the peaceful location and the facilities. The table tennis table and mini playground were wonderful extras to the lovely pool and day bed which we all enjoyed at some point. Lots of places to sit outside in the shade or sun, we didnā€™t even use the living or dining room! The close proximity to Pollenca town and the port made going out for dinner and hiring a boat so easy. Would definitely return and recommend. Thanks you to the lovely owners as well who looked after us x

Fabulous Family Holiday

The property was just as described in the listing. It was clean, well equipped with everything a family could need for a relaxing summer sun holiday. The rooms were spacious and plenty of wardrobe storage in each bedroom. The outdoor space was also great with seating area and large dining table on a large covered patio area by the pool. Great swimming pool, loungers and pool towels etc. The villa is in a quiet area within 5 min drive to Pollensa town and about 10 min drive to Puerto de Pollensa. The owners were very helpful and communicated well during our stay. Would highly recommend a holiday in this area and this villa.

One of our best stays

We stayed with Cati, Miguel and family in September, they were such a lovely family and so very eager to make our stay perfect. We have stayed in over a dozen villas and the attention to detail and service here was exceptional. The house was well equipped with good knives and lots of crockery. There was a Delonghi coffee machine that took Nespresso Pods as well as machine with filters. The family left a kind welcome pack with some essentials which meant we would have had supplies if we had arrived late. They supplied pool towels and T-Towels, as well as a dishcloth, fairy, 3 dishwasher tabs and washing powder. These are things others havenā€™t supplied and always good to know. The house has a good layout and is very neat and well presented with an excellent pool and eating veranda. The garden is huge and so very private, with fruit trees such as fig, pomegranate, and lemons. The trampoline, swings and climbing frame were in good working order and we even had a unicorn pool toy ready for us, the kids loved this. Location is great, walking distance from 2 supermarkets and not too far from the old town and port. The backdrop with the mountains was idyllic. Amazing holiday.

GemĆ¼tliche Finca mit toller Ausstattung

Am FuƟe der Tramuntana, kurz hinter PollenƧa auf dem Weg nach Port de PollenƧa findet sich diese traumhafte Finca. Die Finca selbst hat 3 Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, ein groƟes Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie eine top ausgestattete KĆ¼che. Cati und Jaime waren superfreundliche und zurvorkommende Gastgeber, die per WhatsApp sofort geantwortet haben (es fehlte an nichts). Besonders gefreut haben wir uns Ć¼ber die Erstausstattung des KĆ¼hlschranks! Danke! Der Knaller ist der sehr weitlƤufige Garten mit groƟem Pool, Trampolin, Doppelschaukel sowie Aussengrill.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal dort und haben es erneut sehr genossen! Das Anwesen ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand, man ist lagebedingt auf ein Auto angewiesen, aber das hat uns persƶnlich nicht gestƶrt.

Wunderschƶn und ruhig!

Sehr schƶnes und praktisch aufgeteiltes Ferienhaus mit groƟem Garten, tollem Pool (Wetter war allerdings zu kalt zum Baden) und zwei sĆ¼ĆŸen Schafen nebenan ;-). Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht, insbesondere die KĆ¼che ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat uns bei der Ankunft mit einem bereits gefĆ¼llten KĆ¼hlschrank Ć¼berrascht. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin erfolgte sehr freundlich und problemlos Ć¼ber WhatsApp. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schƶnes Haus mit tollem Bergblick

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sowohl das Haus als auch der Pool und Garten waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Leider war es in unserer Ferienwoche ziemlich kalt, sodass wir den Pool nur sehr wenig benutzt haben. Die KĆ¼chenausstattung war sehr gut, die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an Pollenca und Port de Pollenca. Beide Orte sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. In LaufnƤhe (ca. 15 min) gibt es einen sehr gut sortierten Eroski Supermarkt und einen Lidl. Wir waren mit 5 Personen vor Ort und haben uns in dem Haus und der Umgebung sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt.
