Our exquisite well-maintained, spacious and modern condo features new flooring, master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and walk-out balcony, fresh linens, a TV in every room, premium channel line-up, a kitchen with all the cookware, kitchenware and small appliances you might need, Wi-Fi, printer, HDTV, beach towels, cart and even more. Loccated in the classic, well-appointed Regatta at Vanderbilt Beach, featuring a zero entry pool with waterfall, lap pool, clubhouse, fitness center, spa, barbecue, covered parking, 24-hr security and elevators.

Use our beach cart to transport the cooler, beach towels, floats and beach toys to Vanderbilt Beach. Catch the sunset from the screened penthouse lanai.

Family trip

This condo was amazing and Inna is amazing. Her condo was well stocked for a family with anything we could need. Location was great and the resort was well kept. If we visit Naples, we will stay here again.

Wonderful!

Our stay was so wonderful. Truly enjoyed every minute— the location of the property and proximity to the beach was ideal. Short 7 min walk to Vanderbilt beach, where the access was great. This unit was the most well stocked unit we’ve ever stayed at. It had every appliance, utensil and additional paper goods we could need and a robust supply of extra towels. Cleanliness was 10/10. Would absolutely return and highly recommend!

Great Naples condo!

Fantastic condo in a great location. It was well furnished with a great attention to detail taken to ensure that you had everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The pool and grounds were well maintained and spacious. We would definitely stat there again.

Beautiful & Thoughtful: A lovely stay

Inna is a pleasure to communicate with and we enjoyed our 4th stay at the Regatta and our 2nd at Inna's condo. Hers is definitely the most well-stocked with every thoughtful touch and needed item you can think of, from first-aid supplies to paper products to oil/salt/pepper to all the beach/pool gear you could ever need for all ages, to games and a waffle maker. The condo is clean, spacious, updated, and a true delight. There is covered parking and luggage carts too. The walk to the beach is just a few blocks. It can get crowded at the main part, but if you turn right on Gulf Shore Drive, there is beach access about 1/10 of a mile down on the left. We had lots of room to ourselves down there! Thank you Inna for a lovely stay!

We felt right at home in this lovely condo with a great view. It had absolutely everything we needed for a week away from home. A short enjoyable walk to the beach, this is a place we would definitely recommend. We would stay there again!

Lovely condo in a beautiful area of Naples

My husband and I and two of our children had such a nice week spent in this beautiful, clean and nicely decorated condo. We were very appreciative of the owner supplying her guests with all the essentials needed when not in their own home. We highly recommend staying here.

Arguably the best VRBO

We had the best time at Inna's place! They had everything you could possibly need for the beach (chairs, towels, cup holders, boogie board, noodles, cooler, umbrella). The kitchen is incredibly stocked, and the rooms are so nice and comfy. On top of all of this, Inna was a fantastic host and accommodated for everything we needed! I would only stay here again when I come to Naples.

Wanted to stay much longer

Beautiful property. Everything was perfect. It had the best view of all the buildings. Very well equipped. Loved the pool and the fact we could park in a covered garage. Will definitely rent again

Christmas in Naples

We have stayed in other condos within The Regatta and this penthouse property is one of the nicest. The condo is very well appointed, comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. We arrived several hours early of our check in time and the owner was very helpful and accomdating. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Life is Better at the Beach

This was an absolutely amazing condo. We are a family of 6 and everything that was needed was literally at our fingertips. It was clean, the beds were some of the most comfortable mattresses you will ever sleep on, beach accessories of all kinds for the short walk down the street and the TV's are state of the art. I cannot wait to schedule our next stay here!

Coming back to Naples!

Three couples who enjoy fun, sun, tennis, pool, beach and great seafood, traveled to Naples during the last week of May. This 3/bd condo was fully stocked and beautifully situated overlooking the gorgeous pool with a view of the ocean, only a short walk away. We have already booked the same week next year! Highly recommended!!

When I opened the door to this condominium I was immediately impressed. Very clean, nicely furnished and very well organized. The location can't be beat. Close to the Beach, shopping, entertainment and restaurants. This is a property that you will need to consider for your next trip to Naples.

Very comfortable, All the amenities needed for your stay, including beach supplies, fully equipped kitchen, cannot say enough, I will be rescheduling.. Furnishings have been updated from the pictures.

We reside north of Boston and never thought of buying in Florida. During our first visit to the Naples area, our minds were changed. We purchased this condo shortly after visiting and falling in love with Naples and the Vanderbilt Beach. Our "home away from home" has been our "happy place" ever since. We always look forward to family vacations here at least twice a year. We love our condo and do our best to make our guests feel welcomed and comfortable.

This property is so convenient to everything we like...the beach, fine and casual dining, shopping, etc. So much to do. We also appreciate the fact that it is in an upscale area with a more sedate and relaxing environment as compared to some other regions of Florida.

Great weather, short walk to Vanderbilt beach and proximity to several other beaches. A short drive to several airports or other cities, like Miami, Fort Lauderdale or Fort Myers, for a change-of-pace.
