Regatta is a luxury, gated resort community at Vanderbilt Beach in Naples FL. across from the 5 star Ritz Carlton Naples Beach Resort. Regatta's main swimming pool area features lounge chairs, a waterfall, spa/hot tub and adjacent fitness center. A pool side tiki hut with complete kitchen, ice maker, and two gas grills are available and is used often for happy hour events in-season. Regatta is a short 1.5 block walk from award winning Vanderbilt Beach which features chair/umbrella rental, private cabanas, changing/restroom facilities, and a beach store for your food/beverage/sunscreen needs. Enjoy the renown sunsets over the Gulf when the iron bell is rung at the moment the sun sets under the horizon. Water activities available nearby include parasailing, jet skiing, boating, and charter fishing. Naples offers several excellent semi-private golf course choices but advanced reservations are highly recommended in season. Grocery shopping options include Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Fresh Market and Publix all nearby. High-end shopping includes The Waterside Shops (3 miles) as well as the boutiques of Old Downtown Naples (8 miles). Only one mile away, is the newly finished Mercato development which offers high end shopping and multiple dining and nightclub options as well as the Silverspot luxury movie theater complete with reserved leather seating and restaurant/bar service.

Your vacation residence is on the 11th floor with break taking views of the bay and Gulf of Mexico. Ideal end unit location with loads of light and a private, screened in Lanai which is perfect for dining, or lounging and is accessible from both the living area and the master bedroom. Over 2000 square feet of living space plus the spacious lanai. Professionally decorated, there are 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms plus a powder room. Master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen smart HDTV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bath with separate dual sinks, stall shower and separate soak tub. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and bedroom #3 has two twins each of which is equipped with new smart HDTV''s. Dining room can seat up to 8 people plus a breakfast bar off the kitchen. Free high speed internet with wi-fi. Laundry room with new washer/dryer in the unit. Enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening while taking in the beautiful views from the screened-in lanai.

I've stayed at many VRBOs through the years. They Mr./Ms. Ross are the finest hosts I've experienced. Likewise, their unit is well stocked . . . so you don't need to go out and purchase basic items. This is the second time I've stayed with the Ross hosts - they absolutely deserve their 5 stars!

We have wonderful time .Condo was great ,just as described online .It has everything you will need including beach umbrellas ,chairs ,toys .Fully equipped kitchen with supplies you will need .Plenty of towels ,shampoo ,soap ,etc .Great place ,will come back soon.

Family Vacation

The condo is absolutely beautiful. There are great views. We watched the dolphins all most every morning. The host had a list of great places to eat. I believe we tried almost all of them. The location was very safe. We walked to most of the places we ate. It was only a few minutes from shopping and night life.

Best vacation ever

I my husband and I love this condo. The location is great. The amenities are great, and it was very roomy and comfortable, but most of all the view was fantastic. We hope to visit again. We had a wonderful time.

Comfortable, Spacious Regatta Condo

We love staying at The Regatta due to its proximity to Vanderbilt Beach and its resort-style pool. The pool is very kid friendly, with zero-entry and a waterfall feature. The condo was spacious enough for our family of 6. It was also clean and well appointed.

Outstanding condo in a great facility!

Condo was wonderful. 11th floor end unit is great as the lanai provides amazing views of the area along with many windows inside providing a lots of light. Everything was well equipped for a long stay. Love the Regatta complex. Very easy to get around and the location is prime. Chris was outstanding to work with. Lots of communication before we arrived and responded immediately to any questions we might have. We highly recommend and certainly plan on returning.

Exceptional!

I have rented many properties in my lifetime for vacations but this is my first experience through VRBO. Honestly, I don’t know if any other host can’t top it! This condo has everything you need and is so beautiful and spacious! Chris has done a fabulous job of making sure you are stocked with everything you need from paper products to soaps, body wash, shampoo and laundry detergent! She is always available with anything you might need. The property and pools are beautiful and quiet. The beach cart is a life saver for the short walk to the beach. Just put on the beach chairs, umbrella and towels (all provided) and head out! Having a covered garage for the car was also very nice, There are so many great things to say! A wonderful time was had by all and when we return to Naples we will definitely be reaching back out to Christine to stay at the Regatta! Tara B.

Location and Amenities!

This condo was great. The location was perfect. The pool at the property was really nice and the view from the high floor was fantastic. Chris was a great host. She contacted us and offered up the condo early since it was cleaned prior to the 3:00 pm check in. We didn’t have any issues and she was responsive on all communication. The condo was well equipped with laundry soap, shampoo, body wash, etc. Some little amenities that added to a great stay. Price was very reasonable for the quality of the unit and location.

Fabulous property in a great area.

There are five of us who travel together often and this was our 2022 vacation. It was wonderful. The property is exactly as portrayed on the VRBO site. As soon as I had booked the week I heard from Christine, the owner, and she replied literally within minutes every time I contacted her with questions whether it was via email through VRBO or text after we checked in. The condo was spacious with plenty of room for all of us. It's very quiet. The lanai has seating for at least 8 and has a lovely view towards the Gulf. It's well stocked with paper products, brand-new containers of shampoo and conditioner, soap, bathrobes and even coffee for the Keurig. There are beach towels, beach chairs, two umbrellas and a cart. You really need to bring nothing but your clothes. The property has three pools and the grounds are very well kept with excellent security. Naples is one of my favorite Florida destinations. We're already talking about making this one of our annual trips, and I don't think we can find a better place to stay!

Wonderful stay!
