Plantation Village Unit #9 has recently been listed on Expedia and VRBO so don't be dismayed by our lack of reviews, but we're hopeful you will change that! Our condo is a first floor unit just steps from the beach. You can enjoy free use of:

There are concierge services with a security guard patrolling in the evenings. Cool off in one of the two beautiful fresh water pools and be sure to notice the beautiful landscaping all around the resort. You can snorkel right off the beach that is just steps away! Two grills are right outside the front door in the beautiful courtyard for your home cooked grilled meals.

The location is convenient to many great restaurants and shopping areas. If you choose to eat in, you can dine inside or outside in the screened in patio. At sunset, relax in a lounge chair on the beach with a glass of wine, cheese and crackers, and watch the show - it's different every night!

There are beach toys to enjoy and a playscape for the kids! Need a crib or highchair? No problem they have free use of cribs and high chairs during your stay pending availability.

The office staff will help you with reservations and suggestions on places to go and things to do. Check out the brochures in the office and learn about the many fun and exciting adventures that await you.

Just want to relax and chill? The study has an entire bookcase of books for you to enjoy. Cable TV has many available channels and there are lots of DVDs if you'd rather not stream from the large flat screen TV. Wifi is free and reliable.

A common concern from tourists is the size of the beach. Because Plantation Village is at the southern end of 7 Mile Beach, our beach reacts to changing tides so the size of the beach can be unpredictable, but the beautiful ocean is always right there for you to enjoy no matter whether the beach is large or small!

Snorkel just a few steps out the door and enjoy the underwater world around the coral reefs and rocks. And there are always lots of beach lounge chairs around the two beautiful freshwater swimming pools.

It's best to rent a car if you want to explore the island, but you can always catch a "bus (which is really a large van)" to go anywhere and often some of the island excursions will pick you up at the resort. But this location is fantastic for walking to many restaurants and shopping areas. You can bring your own snorkel or dive equipment or rent from the many dive rental shops on the island.

Enjoy playing tennis on our lighted court, but sorry, the resort does not supply tennis racquets or tennis balls. The kids will enjoy playing on the playscape next to the tennis court.
