Only renting to families or mature adults (everyone in the group of mature adults must be over 25 years of age) No prom or senior week weekends.

Sunny and bright 3BR, 2BA condo with water views of the bay from the front and back decks. Clean and freshly painted. Major renovation to living space and kitchen in 2025. Both baths renovated last two years. Easy access to the beach and marina. New marina steps away this summer and tiki bar. Bedroom configuration changed to three queen beds per listing, 6 person max. Prior to renovation we had bunk beds, so may read that in reviews.

For those who want to cook you can enjoy the open kitchen stocked with all the cooking materials you need; or cook out on the gas grill and relax after a day at the beach and enjoy the sunset. Grocery and Drug Store are very close by.

Parking allowed in right side of garage and on street parking as well. No paying for parking. Within walking distance to many great restaurants - including the Wharf just at the dead end of our street (just 50 yards away) where you can enjoy a meal and entertainment on the outside deck overlooking the water (in season).

Our property was rented for the full summer for the 2022 and 2023 summers, so that is why not a lot of more recent reviews. Property is exactly as described and we think you will enjoy the most recent renovations!

Very nice comfortable home on a quiet street. Spacious and clean.

Spent a long weekend here in September. Came to experience the Irish Festival and car show. We had beautiful weather. Spent our days on the beach followed by evenings out.

Great beach condo!

We really enjoyed our time here! The condo was beautiful and clean. The bedrooms were spacious! My daughter and her friend loved the bunk beds. We also really appreciated the suggestions for restaurants, etc. The owners were very attentive and helpful. This is a great place to stay!!

Beautiful. Spacious. Modern beachy feel. Comfy.

We had a really great stay. The condo was very beautiful. We had lots of room for the entire family. Nice kitchen for cooking meals so we saved a ton on going out to eat. The beds were super comfy and the location was great. We just had to follow the street the condo was on strait down to the beach so it was close to everything. I will definitely stay here again

Cozy clean home away from home

Loved this place, felt like home. Very clean and neat. Nice view of the water and bridge area. Short drive to the beach and boardwalk. The openers were very attentive to anything needed. Great family memories!

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I had a wonderful week In Wildwood this year! We spent the week in this condo and it was everything we needed, and more! The location was perfect and central to all of the things we did that week. The owners were wonderful to work with. I even texted the owner a few questions, during our stay, and she responded right away! We fell in love with Wildwood and will definitely be back. I would love to stay here again! Beautiful Beach Home

Nice private beach home to get away from it all. House was in great condition and in the perfect location; just a short drive to the beach and amusements. Bay views off the front and back decks and watching the draw bridge raise for larger fishing boats was a fun part of the trip for the kids. Janet was super easy to get in touch with and a pleasure to have as a landlord. We had a great week!

Quick getaway

Family got together to welcome our daughter home from her deployment. Condo was very spacious and had all necessary kitchen things. Windows did not have shades that darkened the bedrooms enough would be my only suggestion. Weather was not great but there were games there to keep us busy. Walkable to restaurants etc. would rent again!

Great views!

This house was super nice! We enjoyed viewing the bridge from the windows and watching the boats in the bay. It is a little further away from the boardwalk than we normally are but a short drive. The inside was everything and more! Very well taken care of. We would definitely return in the future. If you have back issues the beds are not the best but other than that it’s perfect! Janet was so accommodating with us as our reason for vacationing got rescheduled multiple times due to covid!

Very nice place to stay

Over all we really liked this condo. The pictures of are are very accurate. We had no problems with anything while we were there, except the grill looked very dirty and there was no propane which I guess is the renters responsible but I don’t remember seeing that in the listing. We liked the location. The Warf restaurant was a block away and we ate there several times.

Hi Kelly! Glad you had a good time. I'm sorry about the grill, but there is a label on it explaining where to find the propane tank as we can't keep in inside due to fire regulations. We trust that others that use it while we're not there are cleaning up after themselves, but unfortunately it doesn't sound like that happened. We appreciate your feedback. Janet & Mike

Beautiful Property with View of Bay

Spacious, clean home with beautiful views of the bay in a quite neighborhood. Enjoyed watching the sunrise from the front deck. Close to great restaurants and many activities on and off the boardwalk. Janet was great to work with. Highly recommend.

very clean, well maintained and very comfortable. Great for a family.

The house is centrally located. This is our first time in Wildwood so you will need your car to drive to boardwalk or the beach. Having two full baths is key when you have a family of five. The house is very comfortable and has all the amenities of home (washer, dryer, grill, dishwasher). The house has central air and a lot of ceiling fans. We' d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Wildwood. Janet the homeowner is very responsive if you have any questions.

A wonderfull place

We were two families who past a week at this condo. Every thing was perfect for our needs; space, equipment and cleanliness. It's not so close from beach but it's wakable. For those who prefer intimity, it's a little bit far from the crowd so it's a perfect location. One of the owner, Janet, bring us in confidence since the beginning and we were not disapointed. She really care about the satisfaction of there guests. She answered very fast and she is very honnest. We not hesitate to recommand this place. Beau condo. Assez grand pour deux familles, propre et très bien équipé. Assez proche de la mer. Bien que marchable, en raison de la chaleur, nous préférerions nous y rendre en auto. Coin de ville plus intime. Loin de la foule et du bruit. Avons apprécié cette tranquillité. Mention spéciale à Janet, l'une des propriétaires, très avenante et qui a su nous mettre en confiance dès le départ. N'avons pas été déçus. Elle a vraiment à coeur la satisfaction de ceux qui louent son condo entre autres, en répondant vite aux courriels et en faisant preuve d'honnêteté face à nos questionnements. Recommandons cette location sans hésiter. Thank you Janet and your husband. Merci beaucoup!

Spacious, clean, quiet, with an excellent kitchen!

We stayed with our friends (two couples, four total kids) and had plenty of room for games and hanging out. Good parking. Great grill. It’s over a mile to the beach, so that walk got long but we knew that coming in. Convenient to several restaurants and mini golf. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice Wildwood experience!

The property was well maintained, clean and roomy! Very comfortable for several of us. Plenty of room for our 6 year old grandchild to run around, too! Very easy access from the main highway and easy access to attractions and restaurants. Nice view of the water and small boats passing by. Although we did eat in a few times (plenty of dining area), we did manage to go to several restaurants - some within walking distance. Ate at the Boat House marina restaurant, Dog Tooth Bar & Grill, and Poppi's for pizza and Italian food. All were excellent and reasonably priced. We enjoyed going to several beach areas during our stay. Very easy to reach and access. We would definitely recommend to relatives and friends!

Beautiful, clean & spacious condo on a very quiet street

My family and I stayed at this beautiful condo for 5 nights during beach blast weekend. It is very clean and the street is very quiet. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future. Thank you again Janet & Mike!

Perfect size and convenient to everything

Our family of 8 (4 adults and 4 children) just stayed at this beautiful condo for vacation. Wow. It was our first time staying at a privately owned home, and it was perfect. The kids loved the bunk beds and the adults loved the outside porch and chair set. It was close enough to everything wildwood has to offer for a fantastic price. Would love to go back next year!! Amazing property....and super clean. We would highly recommend this property for a family vacation.

We had an awesome family vacation. We love the Lobster House and the bands at the Wharf restaurant. Most of all we loved getting together with family and riding bikes, fishing, and going to the beach. The owners are super nice and very accommodating. The property has a beautiful view of the water and commercial fishing boats while you sit on the balcony. I grew up around boats so this was great for me. Everything is in walking distance so you can plan a stroll to the restaurant of your choice. We can't wait to go back and stay again next year!!!

Girls weekend

Loved this place. Convenient location yet very quiet. Condo is spacious and well equipped. Walking distance to many places. Short car ride to Stone Harbor and Cape May for dinner and shopping. We had an awesome time! We would definitely rent again. Owners are responsive to questions and helpful.
