Pull up to the gas fireplace after a long day out, gather around the dining table for a family dinner with that view as your backdrop, or step straight out onto the deck to fire up the grill. Everything flows together the way a mountain home should.

Your private hot tub sits on the lower patio just off the first floor bedroom, with unobstructed views of Northstar and the golf course. After a long day of skiing, hiking, or doing nothing at all, this is exactly where you want to be.

The main deck upstairs is equally impressive, with seating for eight, a BBQ grill, and a front-row view of the 7th green and surrounding forest. Two levels of outdoor living means there is always the right spot for any mood.

The townhome is exclusively yours for your entire stay. No shared spaces, no interruptions. Come and go as you please.

Winter Access: A 4WD vehicle and chains may be required during or after a storm. Northstar is about a 10-minute drive, so you will be glad you came prepared.
Parking: Up to 3 vehicles (1 in the garage, 2 in the driveway).
No smoking anywhere on the property.
No open flames. Tahoe's forests are highly fire-prone.
No parties, events or commercial shoots. We keep things low-key.
Shoes off indoors, please.
Three floors. Stairs are part of the charm.
Cancellations: Our policy is firm. We strongly recommend travel insurance for weather, road closures or air quality events.
