Billiard Room with Foosball Table. The villa is older so we have the best rates on the beach for a 7 bedroom villa next to the beach! Linens & Bath Towels Etc. included in Cleaning fee. This not a 5 Star resort, but great location & size. 6 parking spots

It was a perfect place for us to have a church-related youth camp. We loved having plenty of space, beds, bathrooms galore, two fridges/freezers, lots of counter space, etc. The kitchen was well stocked to cook meals, pool was fun, game room was great, proximity to the beach was a definite highlight. Plenty of parking. No frills, but perfect for a large group like us. Thank you!

RENTERS BEWARE!! I am starting off this review with the only two positive things we found about this house. 1) The size: it met the needs, size wise, of all 18 members of my family 2) The proximity to the beach. It was just a short walk away.Now for the warning! There is so much wrong with this house,starting with the misleading ad for it on VRBO. You don’t have the entire house as is shows in the description. And the pool is not private as the ad says. I will try to include pictures of what I mean if it lets me. I understand that this house is older and we didn’t expect modern, fancy furniture and decor, but what we got was worse than outdated and old. This house is neglected, broken, and unclean. The floors were still covered in sand, even after we had to wait over an hour outside while it was still being cleaned after our check in time,and your feet became black just by walking on the filthy floors. There was sand everywhere- all over the furniture, in the bath tubs and showers, even in the beds. It’s like nobody even bothered to put on clean sheets after the last guests. Some of the sheets were even so stained that they couldn’t be slept on. GROSS!! Door knobs were falling off, ceiling fans with no blades, light switches that turned on nothing. Closet doors were off tracks, broken stools, stains on the pool table, on the ceiling, and vents covers that were off. Walls with big cracks and peeling paint. Refrigerators with no shelves, the dishwasher falling out of wall.

The view of the beach was nice, the size was good, and the location was great. However, there was a leak within two of the bathrooms which dropped down from the second floor to the first floor. This caused us not to use a tub and a shower. On the third floor bedroom, the one queen bed frame broke immediately when weight was put onto the bed. The lights in the second floor king bedroom with the balcony had inconsistent lighting, with the light creating a strobe effect. Some of the chairs in the kitchen were bent or broken.

The house was so big and spacious. The walk to the beach was about two mins. The view of the ocean was great! The pool was nice so thankful it was still open. Any questions I had were answered quickly. My entire family enjoyed staying in the house. It definitely was better than expected. Would love to come back every year!

To say that my family was unhappy about the condition of the house would be an understatement. For starters when we got there and got out of the cars only to look up and find that we parked right under a huge patch of black mold. Entering the kitchen the counters had crumbs and sand on them, the cooktop was covered with grease, and all the shelves on the door of the refrigerator were missing. Every floor had sand on it. There was black mold throughout the house on walls, baseboards, and vent covers. All of the soaking tubs had sand in them, one of the showers had only the frame of a shower door and did not have a shower head. under most of the sinks in the house was water damage. Just about every room had cracked walls or a cracked ceiling. There were three smoke/carbin. detector outlets that did not have detectors in them. One of the bedrooms had a leaking window and one of the kids stuff got soaked. This place advertised a game room with a foosball table that the playing floor was busted out of and we could not use it. The pool table was had two sticks that were not useable and the table itself was covered with stains and no one wanted to even touch it. The master bedroom were my wife and I slept one of the closets housed the a/c unit for that level of the house. The ceiling in the closet was covered with black mold and the drain pan was covered in rust my wife who uses an inhaler was on it all week. more to say no more space. Would never recommend this place.

The highlight of the property was proximity to the beach. The furnishings were bare minimum. The amount of living space was appropriate for the occupants of the house. Critical items for first day such as hand soap, extra toilet paper, pillows, blankets was non existent. Coordination with the owner was very poor. Important notifications that included items to bring that are not supplied such as hairdryer, pillows etc was received hours before we arrived which was too late. We attempted to notify owner of a water leak from upstairs garden tub to vent of bathroom below it on our 3rd day, and by the time we left 4 days later he has yet to reply. Over all property is in a great location. The functionality and aesthetics both inside and out appear to be neglected. I would not stay there again.
