This 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath private home sleeps up to 14 adults or 16 adults/children. The house was completely rebuilt and beautifully decorated in August 2014! With 2 large living rooms, a spacious fully-appointed kitchen, and private saltwater pool, it’s ready for large families or groups to enjoy!

Nine Palms is located on S Ocean Blvd, directly across the street from the ocean! Public beach access is 90 feet away, less than a minute walk to the beach! Two outdoor showers have been provided so you can rinse the sand off when you return from your day at the beach.

When you need a break from the beach, you can enjoy the large private pool and roomy patio area in the backyard. The newly redone pool is SALTWATER which feels fabulous on the skin! No more burning eyes and itchy skin from chlorine. The pool area has a charcoal grill, patio dining tables with umbrellas, dining chairs, and chaise loungers for your comfort. Make a frozen drink in the blender, kick back, and relax!

The main floor has a spacious full kitchen complete with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and all the tools and gadgets you will need. The dining area, breakfast bar, and living room countertop provide ample eating space in this open floor plan. There is a large living room with lots of seating and a half bathroom that is centrally located. The main floor also has a king bedroom and a queen bedroom with a shared master bathroom. The master bathroom has double sinks, a separate soaking tub, and shower.

The second floor has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a king bedroom and a full-on-full bunk bedroom with a shared bathroom. The bathroom has double sinks and a tub/shower combination. There are two queen bedrooms that share a bathroom located in the hallway just outside the bedrooms. This bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The large second floor living room has plenty of seating and a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. A few games have also been provided for your enjoyment.

All king and queen bedrooms have Simmons Beautyrest Plush mattresses so you can rest comfortably after your fun-filled days. There are ceiling fans in both living rooms and all bedrooms (except bunk bedroom). The house has bamboo wood floors upstairs, wood-look vinyl downstairs and ceramic tile in the bathrooms.

Both living rooms have 55” LED flat screen TVs, sound bars, and Blu-ray DVD players with video streaming. All bedrooms have LED flat screen TVs and Blu-ray DVD players with video streaming. Time-Warner digital cable television and High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

The home is situated on a street-to-street lot with private parking in the front and back of the house. There is room enough for 7 vehicles so no need to worry about finding parking on the street.
