There is one assigned parking space and room for one additional guest parking along the back row, which is first-come, first served. Parking is free, and the pass will be waiting for you in the unit. All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of $300 is required 2 days before check-in. This deposit will come across as a hold on your credit card and will be released after you check out, unless there is damage done to the property.
