This was our first time staying here and we would definitely come back if/when we’re able to! It was so nice! We enjoyed our stay so much! We loved the security, the pool, the big kitchen, the balcony.. we loved it all, of course! We would definitely recommend to other couples or small families!

Usually dont complain. We stayed here for 3 nights - Condo is normal little less than what we expected honestly. But the main issue is that the comforter on the bed was Not Washed prior to check in. It smelled horrible…gross to say but like Feet. Stunk up the whole room….Washed it and it was the case - as it smelled better. How unsanitary that was. Hopefully they can make it right with a resolution for that experience. Also it is on floor 8 which you would think it is on floor 3 from the room #. No details on that aspect. Or at check in from the person. Overall 3/5 apologies for the honesty.

I am sorry to hear you experienced some problems during your stay and we have already addressed this with our cleaning team - hopefully the full refund of the cleaning fee was sufficient for your group. Regarding the floor level, sorry for the confusion with your interpretation of the room number, as there are several Phoenix complexes and this is room number 3 on the 8th floor of the 3rd building. Good afternoon, thanks for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Sorry to hear you had issues with some of the bathroom fixtures and wish we would have been made aware while you here - we were able to remedy the problem right after your departure. We actually just replaced the King mattress last year as well as other furnishings that were updated, but sorry to hear that it wasn't to your liking. We appreciate you choosing Young’s Suncoast as your travel partner and hope to try and give you a better experience next time you are in the area!
