The two lower-level bedrooms, one with bunk beds and the other with a queen bed, both offer beautiful lake views. Outside, you`ll find a gas grill, as well as two kayaks (including a double and single) for exploring the lake. Whether you`re looking for a family vacation or a weekend getaway with friends, Edgewood Dream has everything you need for a memorable and relaxing stay at Lake Anna.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
No Events, No Pets, Must be 25 years of age, No Fireworks. To ensure a smooth stay, guests will be asked to complete a brief rental agreement and registration form after booking, and due to be completed within 10 days. No same-day bookings, unless approved in writing.
