Thank you for staying with us, Marjorie! I appreciate you taking the time to write a review. It was a pleasure to host your family. We were so grateful for the way you left the place! It was like you were hardly there. I know that took time away from your stay, and I truly appreciate everything you did to take care of the place. I hope you’ll visit again!

I would rate the Mystic Hilltop Haven as 10 stars if I could. The home is lovely, renovated, very comfortable and immaculate located in a peaceful neighborhood with church bells ringing in the distance. The host went above and beyond welcoming us with cookies from Sift, being available and recommending fun Mystic events for us to enjoy. One of the best VRBO experiences I’ve had.

There was not one detail missed at this lovely home. We were welcomed with a box of fresh cookies from a local bakery. The house was warm and welcoming and beautifully decorated. The ease of check in and check out was a welcome addition. This was a wonderful experience.

This was our second stay at the place. The only regret is not staying another night. The overall experience was outstanding. We got to the unit a little early and met the owners. They gave us some hints on where to park in town, and gave us other suggestions while they made sure the unit was clean. The unit was really kept well. They provide towels. The beds were comfortable. There is a room with a king size bed, and another room with two doubles. The A.C worked well and kept the place nice and cool and dry.The location is awesome. You can walk to downtown mystic. We walked to Sift, S&P, mystic fish camp, mystic ice cream, and many other places. Im inclined to say you can walk to mystic seaport museum too. Just be aware, the place is on a hill, so when you return home pack some energy to climb that hill :)There is a backyard with seating area. Its nice and relaxing. The driveway is also big if you bring two cars. Definitely check this out. If you are a small family of 3 or 4, this is the place.

I booked this location for my husband’s birthday with our two small children. We have stayed in many homes, and this was by far the best! The house was very clean, everything is brand new, and we did not have to worry about bringing anything “extra”. Towels, bedding, blankets, pillows, etc were all included. Since we were traveling with children we loved having a washer and dryer available to do a load of laundry. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a high chair available, so our 1 year old had a place to sit and eat. During our stay we had a question, and the owners were extremely helpful, nice, and quick to respond to my message. The house is located very close to everything we wanted to experience while in Mystic, making it easy to adventure. Mystic is beautiful in the fall! We will absolutely be back, and would love to rent again!

Wife, kid, and I were looking for a quiet get away to end our summer. We looked throughout stonington and mystic and came across this place. Its a duplex, but you honestly couldnt tell unless you were sitting outside and the neighbors decided too. I didnt even hear them while staying there. The house was clean. Probably one of the cleanest places I have stayed in. The beds were super comfortable (and this is coming from a guy with a sleep number mattress). The owner takes care of things and provides towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and tissues. The sheets were clean, and the air conditioners were comfortable. They provide a coffee maker, tea maker, toaster, and food processor. We got lucky and the owner provided us with cookies from Sift and they were awesome! The place is walking distance to the town. We walked into town and ate at shipwrights daughter, S&P, and walked through the town. I am inclined to say you could walk to the seaport museum, but that may be too much of a trek. Just be forewarned, you are on top of a hill, and the hill is tiring, but definitely good to burn off those cookies or ice cream lol. My only wish is a TV in the bedrooms. But that is all.Definitely check this place out for a small family of 4 or less!

I absolutely loved this house! Perfect location, just a few minutes from downtown area. Quiet neighborhood, I didn’t hear anything from surrounding houses. But the house itself was exactly as listed. Very clean. I don’t have a single complaint. Owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. They left small extra touches that made the stay extra special. I will 100% stay here again.
