Great Penthouse

My husband and I stayed in this condo for our vacations. The unit is beautiful and we enjoyed the view on the Intracoastal from the balcony. It is a quiet, clean place, just the way we wanted. Patti was very easy to work with, she was helpful. We would not hesitate to rent this condo again !! Thanks Patti !

If you love to be around boats, water and have a beautiful place to stay; this is it. Patti the owner felt like one of my great friends when I called to rent. We really wanted to stay here. After talking to her on the phone; I knew it would be a great place. The pictures are for real!! Someone stated earlier it was like a picture from a magazine...it is. The bed is VERY comfortable. We spent two days with storms just sitting on the patio enjoying all the views. Other days were at the pool (VERY NICE) and beach. We love boats and really enjoyed walking around the marina talking with a lot of boaters. Great people! There are a lot of great places to eat and enjoy some night life. The places we wanted to go we needed a car to drive 5-10 miles here and there. There is a nice wine & cheese bar in the front of the complex. Beaches are just a short drive away. This was the easiest trip to book and the owners (Tom & Patti) are very organized and accommodating. My husband said no more hotels! YAY!!

Canadian Snowbirds

This beautiful condo was welcoming as we opened the door. The Moorings was a perfect location for a vacation, with a large pool, a view to the Intercoastal, a cosy balcony with a view of the water. The furnishings are perfect with lovely Floridian colors and decor, large windows which bring lots of light into the condo. Everything one needs for a vacation is provided. The beach chairs and large Beach towels are provided, an amazing kitchen and two large televisions, one in the large bedroom and one in the living area. It is a very easy condo to keep clean. The building is very very quiet. As the driver, I loved the Valet parking and the fact we were on Federal Highway ( Dixie Highway) with 35mph and one can get to the art galleries( Norton Museum of Art)( Society for the Four Arts) by staying on that one road. Lake Worth Beach and Boynton beach are 15 min away using the same road. These are very well organized, with parking@$2.00 an hour and lots of spaces. Botnton beach is $10.00 for the day. Boca Raton was a short 30 minutes. Numerous Golf courses within minutes especially the Par 3 on the way to Palm Beach. We enjoyed the Boynton Inlet as we watched the wild sea.The area called Manalapan has been redeveloped, again a short drive that has great stores like Chicos and John G's restaurant has relocated there from the Lake Worth beach. Delicious food. The owners have provided a very comfortable environment. even binoculars! One can walk out on the docks , rent boats or sit out by the numerous boats.There are little restaurants for breakfast very close by . We had to purchase American cell phones (TracPhones) since with one FOB and key and both of us going in different directions each day ( golfcourses and Art galleries and beach) we had to coordinate when we would be back in the condo so whoever didn't have the FOB could get in. It is very secure..There are busses along Federal Highway which can take one to Winn Dixie and Walgreens. We enjoyed breakfast out on the balcony, and ate a few meals on the beautiful glass table. We had excellent restaurants near by like the Station House. It was a relaxing four weeks and we would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. Owners were a phone call away and very helpful prior to our rental. The pictures reflect the disigner interior. I would definitely recommend this to my relatives.

A Gem in the City! Can’t Wait to Revisit!

My husband and I have spent the past 14 years renting every summer in South Florida, primarily in the Boynton Beach area. This place has hands down been the best place we've rented! What made this place special started with the quick communication from the owners of the property to the amenities it had to offer and the comfort of feeling like we were home but on vacation with no responsibilities to worry about. The unit came fully furnished with just about everything we needed to get started on a relaxing vacation - beach chairs and towels, a cozy balcony that overlooks the pool and water, and a comfortable bed and couches if you want to stay home and relax. It was nice to have a TV in the bedroom, particularly rare in one-bedroom rentals in the area. The area is also a great location if you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of Ft. Lauderdale or West Palm Beach. You can be in either city in less than an hour. If you don’t want to travel far for food - breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there is a cafe and a wine and cheese bar less than 5 minutes walk from the condo. The owners and staff are super friendly, and the food and vibe have always been great! If you are into adventures, you can rent jet skis and boats or go parasailing at a marina on Boynton and Federal. We also rented Polaris SIigshots from Rush Slingshot Rentals. There are so many places to explore nearby, places to eat, and things to do no matter what day of the week. There are two beautiful pools and jacuzzis in this community - on the ground level of the building and one in the next building where the garage is located. The one in our building is the more livelier pool. Also in the building is a nice size gym that features: free weights, machines, a Smith machine, cycling bike, treadmills, and ellipticals, sauna, change room, and shower. One more thing, there is a pool table also located in the building. There are so many great things I can say about this place. We stayed for two months, and leaving was hard because we loved it so much! We can’t wait to revisit and stay at Patti’s place. If we had any questions, she was always a phone call away. We felt like we were renting from a friend. I can’t recommend this place enough if you are searching for a place to stay, whether for business or pleasure, a weekend or longer. We can’t wait to be back. Thank you for an unforgettable stay, Patti!

Best view on the Intercoastal!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this sweet little condo with the million-dollar view from all of the windows. If I didn’t have the energy to walk the beach at sunrise, I just curled up on the comfy balcony furniture with my coffee and enjoyed the sunrise view from there. We wanted to see the lunar eclipse, thought of going to the beach - realized we had a perfect view from the pool. The building is beautiful and beautifully maintained. The resort-style pool was simply wonderful, as was the landscaping. The king bed was as comfy as ours at home. Thank you, Patti, for a relaxing, comfortable stay!

Beautiful location

We had a lengthy stay for a medical procedure, but I couldn’t imagine a better place to relax and heal. The pool and hot tub were a great option for physical therapy, too.

Excellent condo.

The condo met all our expectations. Beautifully decorated and fully equipped we couldn't have asked for more. Amazing views from the balcony of the Intracoastal waterway. The Moorings is a charming and attractive complex with safe walking and sitting areas. The marina attached is always bustling with activity. Patti was easy to deal with and answered any questions I had promptly. Can't wait to return.

GREAT PENTHOUSE

I have stayed twice and just loved it! The place is beautifully furnished and has a great feel to it with all the colors and light. Love waking up every morning and drinking coffee on the comfortable chairs on the balcony enjoying the view. It was a pleasure to talk to Patti, she was always helpful. The pool, hot tub and marina are great. Beach is 5 minutes, City place 15 minutes and Atlantic Av 15 minutes great location.

Excellent Penthouse Condo A++++

We stayed here for a week right after Christmas through new years and we couldn't have been happier. Patty was very easy to work with and made sure our stay was perfect. I had a question and was able to easily reach her cell phone. The condo is furnished with all high end things. We loved the balcony were we could look out onto the intercoastal and even got to view fireworks 1 night. We got good use of the pool and hot-tub, which was never overly crowded. This condo is in the perfect location to go to city walk in West Palm or down to Delray to enjoy the shops, bars, and restaurants. We were also within walking distance to some good restaurants that offer good happy hours as well. We wish we were able to rent this year again the same week but someone beat us to it. Book early since it gets booked very quickly.

Hard to Beat the Moorings Penthouse at Lantana

We had a truly fabulous week at the Moorings from the time we arrived and were met by the valet who assisted us right up to our room with a luggage cart, until we left. Our flight arrived at 5 AM, but Patti had agreed that the unit would be available, due to early departure of previous guests - try that in a hotel! The penthouse is exactly as pictured, with all furnishings, appliances, beds, etc exactly as pictured and all first class. Patti was extremely helpful any time we had questions. I needed to use my laptop during the week, and although WiFi is not available in the unit, Patti directed me to the business centre on the ground floor, which was more than I could have asked for - very nicely furnished area with several individual rooms (including board room) with a view on the waterfront. Any owners or guests, as well as staff we met on the property were friendly and helpful - even to the extent of going out of their way to help us find directions to different facilities. There's lots to do within an easy drive from the property. We left at the end of the week feeling we hadn't even scratched the surface! As far as recommending the property, the best I can say is that we've already reserved three additional weeks at the Moorings. Thanks Patti and Tom. Bob and Pam, Toronto

Great golf break

Everything was as expected. Location was great, very secure with a nice view and easy access to I-95 and plenty of restaurants nearby. Penthouse condo was in superb condition. Plenty of great golf courses were within easy driving distance. Owners were easy to reach and willing to assist if necessary.

Lantana is very convenient. To give you some idea, its 30 minutes to Fort Lauderdale Beach, under 1 hour to South Beach, 15 minutes to Del Rey Beach shopping, dining, and music, 15 minutes to West Palm, 15 Minutes to Palm Beach, and 5 miles by boat to in water parties at Peanut Island. The complex itself is very serene and tropical.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love walking at the marina at night to see the boats and the lights of palm beach. Have a lobster with the lobstermen right next door. Gym and business center are right downstairs in our building, and valet parking is at your door. Walk to waterfront restaurant or walk to a fishing boat to try your luck. We personally remodeled and refurnished the unit to our own upscale design.
