PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWINGS CAREFULLY PRIOR TO BOOKING:

1/ Our home is NOT for parties or any types of gathering. That includes bachelor/ bachelorette, Guys or Girls getaways, Quinceañeras, engagement/ tea ceremony, or any other loud, adult gathering. If you or anyone in your group likes to make loud noise, please choose another home.

2/ The minimum age of the person renting/ booking shall be 25 years old.

3/ QUIET HOURS are from 10PM - 7AM.

4/ Only disclosed guests are allowed on the premises.

5/ No smoking/ no vaping inside the house. No drugs or marijuana allowed on the premises - $1,000 PENALTY

6/ No USPS, Fedex, UPS mail delivery allowed. Owner and host are NOT responsible for any missing packages.

7/ NO PETS ARE ALLOWED! THIS IS A COMPLETE PET FREE PROPERTY!

8/ This property has camera or recording device by the front door and backyard OUTSIDE of the house only for security purposes.

9/ NO SUBLEASE ALLOWED!

10/ Pool area doesn’t have fencing.
Please note: swimming pool and jacuzzi are NOT heated! Please be cautious with the swimming pool. If anything happens, the host/owner will NOT be liable. Guests should consider getting travel insurance for their safety concerns.

Pool Safety:
- NO lifeguard on duty. All guests swim at their own risk.
- Adult supervision required for all children who use the pool.

Pool Service Policy:
• Pool service is provided every Monday.
• During the summer & fall months (June, July, August, September & October), service is provided twice per week — Monday and Friday.

We are not able to reschedule pool service to accommodate individual check-in dates. The pool technician operates on a fixed route and independent schedule, and all service timing is subject to his availability. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Requests to have the pool cleaned immediately before arrival will not be accommodated.

If guests would like an additional or special pool service on a specific date, we may assist in arranging it; however, the full cost of the additional service will be the guest’s responsibility and must be paid in advance.

11/ Gardening service is provided twice a month on Wednesdays.

12/ The property has steps in the common areas and stairs. Please watch your kids carefully and be cautious at all times as host/owner will NOT be liable for anything happens to you or your group on the premises. Guests should consider getting travel insurance for their safety concerns.

13/ *** Notes to our valuable guests: We’re delighted to have you stay at our beautiful home! In the event that you need to shorten your stay for any reason, please note that refunds are generally not possible. Our bookings are often made well in advance, and it can be challenging to accommodate last-minute changes or find replacement guests.

In some cases, we may be able to offer a partial refund if we can secure another reliable guests for the same dates. However, this will depend on availability and other factors. Thank you for your understanding!

*** Please note that last-minute date changes may not always be possible and are not guaranteed approval. All cancellations must follow the listing’s cancellation policy, with no exceptions. It can be very difficult for us to secure replacement guests when dates are close, so we truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

*** No-show policy: A no-show will be treated as a completed reservation and is not eligible for rescheduling or refund. No exceptions.

14/ Guest Count & Visitor Policy:

* Only registered guests are allowed on the property!

* Our nightly rate includes up to 8 registered guests. There is an extra guest fee of $59 per guest per night for any guests over 8.
One (1) Infant under 2 years old stays FREE.

* Please ensure the correct number of guests is entered at the time of inquiry or booking so we can properly prepare the home and avoid any misunderstandings.

* All guests and visitors must be disclosed in advance. Exterior security cameras monitor arrivals for safety and occupancy verification. Unregistered guests may result in additional charges. Our home has a maximum occupancy limit. Thank you for your cooperation.

16/ The 5th bedroom is reserved for the owner, per hosted short term rental regulation in city of Huntington Beach.


Release of Liability:
This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting a reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
