SOUTH BEACH JEM RESORTS, Magnificent Mediterranean style 2-story, 3,000 sq. ft. home, features 5 bedroom suite -hotel style- and 4 full bathrooms. single family residence, upstairs with 2 master suites with exposed open wood beam vaulted ceilings with beautiful sky lights and private full size bathrooms, first master suite has 1 king size bed and 1 sleeping sofa, second master suite has 2 queen size beds and one full size futon bed, both master suites with cedar lined closets in bedrooms and hallway. Second floor landing with access to large outdoor terrace overlooking the sites of South Beach. Downstairs: 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, one large bedroom with two (2) full size beds and another small bedroom with two (2) twin beds. Very large living room, large dinning room and large kitchen. Garage and plenty of parking for up to 3 cars. Comes with a 6 Person Hot Tub with Lights and Jets!

13 of my friends and I stayed here and it was so much fun. Luis, the host, was so helpful during our stay, The house is in a perfect location. We walked to the beach everyday and were able to Uber to other places so easily. Would highly recommend this place for large groups!

This place is an absolute steal. 15 of us stayed here and we could not have asked for a better experience. Luis is an amazing property manager. Made everything super easy and convenient. The area is fantastic. Centrally located to wherever you want to go. 10/10 recommend for larger groups looking to have an amazing Miami experience.

Perfect vacation house for a large group!!!!!!

Pictures do NOT do this house justice! 12 of us stayed here for a weekend trip to Miami. The location is perfect!!!! Easy walk to Lincoln Rd/ restaurants/shops. Bryan was so easy to work with at check in. Plenty of space in the house, so many bedrooms, large communal areas, and everything was updated! Would definitely stay in this house again!

Great spot for a large group!

A large group of us stayed here for a weekend trip to Miami. The location is awesome. Easy walk to Lincoln Rd/ restaurants/shops and the beach wasn't too far off either. Bryan was so easy to work with at check in, especially with our group's sporadic arrival schedule. Plenty of space in the house- many bedrooms, large communal areas, and everything was up to date. The patio was an added bonus and the neighbors were so friendly. Would definitely stay in this house again!

Great spot and host on Miami Beach!

The host was there from the beginning and very communicative. He’s a really cool guy and has surprises for you when you visit. I would 10/10 recommend this spot! The location is perfect and by citibikes that you can rent while you’re there. Great spot for a large group or just close set of friends. Amazing time during new years!

Fabulous property!

We loved the house, the location and the amazing host, Luis! He could not have been more attentive to whatever we needed. We had a big group of family members for Thanksgiving. It was an amazing time in large part thanks to this incredible, easy house and facilities. We would love to return.

Great place!

This property is much more spacious than advertised which was amazing. Extremely clean house with plenty of room for all 15 of us. Luis was an exceptional host, and was very responsive via text message for anything we needed. The house was also in a good area with a grocery store, liquor store, and CVS all within walking distance so it was easy to get everything we needed just after arriving. I would highly recommend booking here for a great trip to Miami Beach!

Amazing trip - great space, great location, great host!

This place was amazing! The photos don’t do it justice. It’s very spacious - more than enough room for our group. The house is well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen; we cooked several meals while there. There’s also beach towels, games and even a machine to blow up balloons! The outdoor space is just as nice with plenty of seating, a hot tub and a grill. Last but not least, the host, Luis, was great to work with. He was very quick to respond to questions prior to our arrival and during our stay. All in all, we had a wonderful time and everything was within walking distance.

Great place for groups in South Beach

Myself and some friends recently returned from a trip to South Beach. We were primarily there for Ultra/Winter Music Conference and the location of Jeanette's villa cannot be beat. It was perfect for a large group and I am so glad I found it while searching for places to stay. It's a perfect house for groups of friends or families and is stocked with everything you need - you just need to show up with your luggage and you'll be all set. Jeannette will be the first person I contact the next time I go to South Beach!

Amazing!

I come to Miami at least once a year and this was one of the best properties that I stayed at. We came for the weekend for a bachelorette party and it was absolutely amazing! Jeanette allowed us to check in earlier than the original 4pm check in time, which was awesome. The house was clean spacious and we had plenty of towels(which is rare). Everything was conveniently located. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much!

Highly recommended

I stayed with a group of girls for a bachelorette party and couldn't be happier with this house! The location is amazing, walking distance to a ton of restaurants and shops. Plus it was only a mile from several clubs and nighttime bars we visited which was a very short, inexpensive drive. Jeannette the owner is amazing and offered answers to my questions, suggestions for food and was an overall exceptional host. the house is an amazing space and we very comfortably slept 10 girls. I am so very happy about our stay and thankful we found this beautiful home. Thanks Jeannette!

Exceeded Expectations!

The South Beach Jem Resort vacation house was absolutely perfect for our recent stay. We were visiting for a bachelorette weekend getaway and the house was able to accommodate 13 women comfortably. A group of 13 women, the 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, along with the complete kitchen and extra living space made our stay that much better. The house is walking distance to Lincoln Mall, restaurants, South Beach night life and the beach via a quick taxi or local bus. Location, spacious rooms, cleanliness of the house and the owner Jeanette, made for an awesome vacation stay. If I'm ever in need of a house in South Beach this house will definitely be my first choice.

Above and Beyond!!

When we arrived at his home it was truly above and beyond our expectations!. The location is perfect for those who want to be close to all the action that South Beach provides without the haggle of having to drive everywhere. We were within walking distance to practically everything we wanted to do. The house was immaculate! The artwork and decor worked perfectly in the home. The accomadations worked out great for us as we were able to provide a bed to everyone in our group. Everyone enjoyed their stay at the home and Jeannette was very easy to work with and also gave us great suggestions to make our stay even more enjoyable.

Girls Getaway

OMG this house was AMAZING!!! It was 9 girls and we were all comfortable. The house as well as Jeanette were VERY accommodating. The house was equipped with everything you needed. 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms were more than enough for all of us. My favorite part of the house was the upstairs balcony! We laid out woth music and wine on our lazy days! The location was terrific! I'm so pleased and happy we chose this villa. You will not be disappointed! Jeanette makes it happen!

Could not have been happier with this rental! Place was bigger and so much nicer than I expected! House was beautiful and absolutely spotless, thank you Carmen (this lady puts Rosie from the Jetsons to SHAME, I saw her in action) ! Jeanette was fantastic, wanted to be helpful but stayed out of our way. Was available when we needed her but no one bothered myself or anyone in my group for any reason. Sunday came around, we were at a bachelor party Saturday so naturally had a long night, Jeanette accommodated us with a late checkout with no extra charge. All in all, we had 9 people, more than enough room, a fantastic property manger, a SPOTLESS and beautiful house with all the accessories you could need, plenty of parking, great location and just a very very good experience. I could not recommend this place more highly.

Perfection in Miami

Fantastic property, meticulously clean, perfect sleeping and bathing accommodations. Great location in a very nice neighborhood convenient to Flamingo Point and walking distance to great dinning, a cute Cuban bakery, a CVS, and Wholefoods. Nice back courtyard. A bonus roof deck that with a little more furniture and seating would be ideal for evening cocktails or a night cap with the Miami skyline in relief. I would definetly come again.

Great for a large group of people!

It’s hard to find a place with so many bedrooms and bathrooms. Very convenient when you travel with a big company. A backyard with a patio is a huge plus. The host is very attentive, responsive and provided a late checkout option. Easy check-in and check-out process. We loved the location as well - it’s in the quiet area but close to everything. Has a great coffee shop within 3 minutes walk. I would recommend this spacious place!

Exactly as advertized

Luis and Jeanette were super responsive to all my group's needs. Amazing house, amazing location and absolute homerun for my group of 8 in town for golf and nightlife. Would stay here again 100 X out of 100. They also have all required permits and paperwork.
