AMAZING STAY

Luis is so responsive and he made us feel very safe and gave amazing recommendations for things to do. His place is in an amazing location, very clean, and house is meant to hold big groups of people. I can't recommend this place enough! He also gave us early check in and late check out which was incredible.

Great place!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this house! It was just what we needed for a big girls trip. Luis was SUPER responsive and just overall a delight to work with. Would definitely come here again. Thanks Luis!

Amazing property!

Highly recommend if you want to be in the heart of Miami beach and close to everything! The house was very nice and clean. Walking distance to shops and restaurants as well. It exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was so smooth and Luis let us check in early since our flights arrived super early.

Stay here when in Miami!

I can’t say enough good things about Luis and this property. We visited Miami as a bachelorette party and this was the perfect property for a big group. The process from check in to check out was seamless. The location and perfect, close to restaurants, stores and right in south beach. It is hard to find a property in South Beach for a big group, but this property was perfect. We will be back!

Beautiful home ,highly recommend!

This house was better than what we expected. The house is very cute, clean, lots of space, well decorated, comfortable beds, walking distance to many resturants and shops.We all had a great time and would definetly like to come back. Owners are very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this house.

Amazing location and host!

I just came here with a group of 14 women and we had the best time. Luis was a great host - extremely communicative and easy to work with. The house itself was in a great location in Miami beach - 5 minute walk to amazing bars, restaurants and cafes, 15-20 min walk to the beach, and quick uber rides to Downtown and Wynwood. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're planning a trip with a big group. Super convenient, clean pool in the back, and really gracious host!

Bachelorette Party - Great Experience!

Luis was a great host! He was very kind, helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay in Miami. The house was beautiful, clean, very spacious, and close to restaurants/the beach/bars/convenience stores. I very much recommend staying in this beautiful home - - I know I will be reaching back out to Luis the next time we have a girls trip in Miami!

Miami Beach oasis

Our group of 9 was very comfortable in this house. The back outside area with a pool was perfect for being together for breakfast, after a day of activities, or lounging for whoever wanted to hang back. Common spaces were large enough to accommodate the rest of our group for dinners in. Destinations in South Beach were all walkable, key for South Beach. Luis was the best host I have ever had in a VRBO.

Nice to stay on South Beach

House as advertised. No complaints. Construction next door behind the pool was loud and intrusive during the day. Citi bikes across the street were super helpful and convenient. Extremely convenient for getting to the beach and all over.

Fabulous stay!

Had my bachelorette party here and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect. Close walking distance to a couple of little shops and coffee shops (a must!) and a short Uber from downtown where we went out every night. Luis was very accommodating and made sure we were settled in, comfortable and was flexible with some timing issues we had. There was some construction going on nearby which was only bothersome on one day and we were having such a great time it didn’t phase us much at all. Very spacious and clean. Highly recommend!

Boys Weekend Getaway

This is the perfect location to be at in South Beach. We didn't need a rental car because it's a 10 min walk to beach and they have a free trolley that runs every 15 mins to take you around the area. It was 8 of us and we all had our own comfortable bed to sleep in and plenty of space to move around. The rental agent Mrs. Varela and her husband are the nicest people you could meet and they will always be available for any questions about the city or the place. The pool was sparkling clean and the place has a nice outdoor grill for cooking. The whole entire place was spotless and we are already making plans for our next trip back.

Excellent Time!!!

The house was awesome! It was stocked with everything that we needed to make our stay feel like being in my own home. Jeanette is an absolute sweetheart and I highly recommend staying at her home. She made sure that we had everything that we needed and was very responsive if I had any questions. The house was the perfect size for our group of 10 guys and the location is great! We were able to walk pretty much anywhere or take a short, cheap Uber ride. Do yourself a favor and RENT THIS HOUSE!!! I know I'll be back!

Classic South Beach Home

The host was fantastic and extremely responsive to us when we had questions about the property and things to do in the neighborhood. The house was clean and well appointed. The only thing to note is that since the pictures were taken a developer has begun to put up a four story building in back of the house. So sun bathers have a limited window to enjoy full sun. Other than that the place is in a great location and convenient for larger groups that want to be close to all that south beach has to offer

Bachelorette weekend

The property is beautiful and it was lovely for my bachelorette weekend in Miami! The rooms were spacious and the pool was great. My only complaint is that it was nonrefundable. I tried to cancel/adjust months in advance due to personal circumstance, and the house manager was not willing to work with me in any capacity so I would have been out of approx $10,000 so I was strong armed into keeping the reservation.

Great stay in Miami Beach

Luis was a wonderful host for our large group and quick to respond on an issue with the upstairs sink. He also gave clear check-in and check-out instructions and allowed for early check-in due to an earlier flight time. Location was great, we could easily walk to the grocery store as well as a couple excellent restaurants nearby. One confusion was the video of the outside of the house was for the house next door, but video of inside of the house was accurate. On Saturday night, the next door neighbors decided to have a karaoke/jacuzzi party at 2am… but I guess that comes with the territory of staying in Miami Beach.

Great house, great location!

We rented Jeannette's house for our son's college graduation and she made sure we had everything we needed when we got to Miami. She was more than accommodating. Beds were comfortable and the four bathrooms made it easy when we were all getting ready to go out. House was very clean and the housekeeper was there to greet us and show us around when we got there. Having parking was a plus and we walked to Lincoln Rd since it is only a few blocks away. There are plenty of restaurants around so if you don't want to cook or use the grill in the backyard you should be fine. The backyard and the pool are perfect for entertaining. All and all this is the perfect house for a big group! If we go back to Miami we would look for this gem again. Thanks Jeannette for all your attention to detail!!!

Wonderful stay in cute villa in perfect SoBe location

All the previous reviews were accurate, and the villa fully met expectations. I spent MLK Weekend here with 7 girlfriends for a big birthday. Everyone fit comfortably in the house, with fun decorations in the living room, a fully stocked kitchen, numerous bedrooms, and a recently completed poolhouse (with another bed and bath). Amazing location -- quiet residential area, CVS across street, Whole Foods few blocks away, walking distance from beach and Lincoln Road, short taxi ride to restaurants and clubs. Only downside was major construction work on the street out front, which began early and ended late. Jeannette was wonderful -- very responsive to questions, accommodating of requests, and a gracious hostess. Although she was out of town when I arrived, her son and daughter-in-law provided a warm welcome and checked in by text during the weekend to see if we needed anything. HIghly recommend this lovely house for a fun and relaxing weekend in the heart of South Beach.

Great for adult friend groups up to 8-10 pax

Plenty of conveniences — a kitchen stocked well for entertaining and basic cooking, lots of beds and bathrooms, a pool, laundry, parking, bbq, great location, quiet hood at night. Appropriately minimal outfitting to feel clean but also comfortable. But the listing is dated — the pool/patio is now fully shaded with palm trees and buildings going up. We had active noisy construction going on around us everyday but Sunday. With 8ppl Sharing rooms it’s still +$200pp a night so doesn’t feel like a great deal. But worked for us overall. Walk to 14th st beach takes 20mins and is chill—closest beach point. Host got us in 1 hour early for check in, tho we didn’t receive any check in instructions/contact until around midday on check-in day. Just told to empty bins for checkout so that was simple. Thanks!

GREAT LOCATION.......NICE HOUSE

We really enjoyed our stay at the VILLA in THE HEART OF SOUTH BEACH….Location, location, location. The house was very clean and without a doubt the owner Jeannette was easy to speak with, pleasant and afforded a no hassle experience. The location is not far from Lincoln Road (plenty of shops) and also about a 10min walk from South Beach. There is a FREE trolley didn’t we didn’t get a chance to utilize but it ran every 15mins or so…..The kitchen was equipped and the house was able to house 11 females for a BACHELORETTE WEEKEND GETAWAY. I will recommend this property to anyone going with a large group of people….Oh before I forget there is a grill and a pool in the backyard. After spending a day at the beach we were able to come to the rental property and enjoy the pool and listen to music. Mrs. Jeannette, I appreciate you allowing me to phone you whenever I had a question prior to my trip and driving from your home (an hour away) to welcome us…..THANKS I will rent this PLACE AGAIN…..Love Sherita

Great stay

Overall very nice place- what you see online represents the property perfectly. The property owner also accommodated us with an early check in and a later checkout. Wouldn't hesitate booking here again if I come back to South Beach.

Fun time in Miami! Great location

Great stay in Miami! its a great location near restaurants, liquor store, pharmacy and south beach nightlife. Everything is a short uber/lyft ride away. The villa is great for groups--we stayed for a long weekend to celebrate my bday. The only bad thing was that the building next door blocked the sunshine in the pool in the afternoon. Luis is an awesome host he was very attentive and made sure our stay was perfect! Loved it.
