Hi Charlotte. Thank you for your kind words regarding the actual property. I’m Trully sorry you the cancelation policy is non refundale. It’s a pity Vrbo could not accommodate your personal issue directly. If you recall I tried to release the calander in order to have someone else rebook it for your dates in order to provide you a refund. Sadly Vrbo kept on blocking the dates. I absolutely did not strong arm you. I recall you tried to cancel due to your wedding being called off. I’m glad that your wedding miraculously was back on where you decided to come to south beach and have an awesome bachelorette party. Good thing you didn’t cancel. I also recall granting you an early 10am check so you could decorate the villa in preparation for your event. I really tried my hardest to be the best host possible. Once again thank you for choosing us for your memorable event.
