3 Bedroom Beach House with Pool, Boat Dock, and Pet Friendly

Find your ideal seaside retreat at our three-bedroom house in Perdido Key. Nestled just a short walk from the stunning Perdido Key Beach and the serene Gulf Shores Beach, this property offers a prime location for your next beach vacation. Bay access with boat slip.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, and all the essential appliances you need to whip up delicious meals. Gather around the dining table or enjoy al fresco dining on the balcony, taking in the breathtaking ocean views.

Unwind in the cozy living area, where you can curl up by the fireplace or enjoy a movie night on the smart TV with satellite/cable channels. Refresh in the 2.5 bathrooms, stocked with towels and basic toiletries, and take advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay.

Outdoors, you can splash around in the inviting outdoor pool (shared only with the other unit in the duplex) or explore the nearby Gulf State Park, just a 6-minute drive away. The famous Flora-Bama is also just 5 minutes away! With free Wi-Fi, a garage for parking, and a selection of games and a DVD player, this vacation home has everything you need for a memorable coastal getaway.

This is the west side of a duplex. In the months of June and July, we rent the entire house out as one unit. If you'd like the entire house - please reach out to us to see if we can accommodate.

This house was a great location yet quiet and relaxing. We absolutely loved the proximity to the beach at Perdido State Park Beach- breathtaking, an easy walk, and just the type low key beach experience we were looking for. Close to all the great seafood restaurants like The Salty Pearl, The Point, Fisherman’s Wharf. The beach in fall is a must.

Great place to stay

We stayed here to be close for the Blue Angels Homecoming weekend. Great communication with the host, location was great, listing was as described. Would definitely book again.

Fun for the whole family

Location is great, short walk to the beach. Had a little bit of a communication mishap with checking in (was mostly my fault) but got it sorted quickly. Ellen was very nice. Laundry appliances could use an upgrade but other than that very nice beach house. We really enjoyed being close to lots of restaurants and shops. Area is easy to navigate. Overall would recommend and would choose this rental again.

Wonderful Getaway

We enjoyed staying at this property for Thanksgiving. It was a short stay but had everything that we needed and much much more. Unfortunately, the pool was not heated so it was too cold to enjoy the pool, the view was nice though. We agreed that we would all stay again if we were in the area.

Fun Beach Getaway

Excellent property. The kitchen has everything that you could need, The air conditioning worked fantastic and the short walk to a beautiful beach made this a great place for a family getaway. The beach wasn’t crowded and afterwards the outdoor shower in the pool area made sand cleanup a breeze. In addition, the pool made for a nice place to cool off in the evening. I would definitely book this property again.

Grandson's First Beach Trip

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was spacious and allowed separation between the family members who sleep-in on vacation and those of us who rise early. The beds were comfortable and the living room was cozy. We enjoyed having multiple TVs for viewing options. The best part of the stay was the easy access to the beach (it is walkable even with lots of beach stuff) and the home-access to the pool. It was the perfect fit for our extended family. Ellen was super nice to work with and her house cleaning staff were professional and friendly. Looking forward to another visit.

Great family reunion

Comfy beds, plenty linens. Family rented both units, enjoyed hanging at the pool when not on the water watching Blue Angels practice over Johnson Beach. Very roomy property - would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great!

The place was clean, it had everything that we needed for our stay, and a very close and short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay here! The owners are also very nice! I would definitely recommend the stay!

Perfect for boaters!

This house has everything we needed for our family vacation. We towed our boat and there was a launch just a few minutes from the house then we kept it at the house until ck out time. The pool was great. We lucked up and had great neighbors is the other side of this duplex and we all shared the amenities wonderfully together. There are several restaurants around, however we are most meals at the house. The walk path to the beach was very close to the house and was never busy even on a holiday weekend. Now traffic towards Florabama on the Memorial Day weekend was crazy. 30 minutes to go 2.8 mile from the house. We just decided to stay at beach and/or take our boat vs drive anywhere.

Great Christmas Getaway

What a lovely stay! Our friends booked the other side of the house. All of our kids enjoyed the freedom to go from house to house via the upstairs deck, and we didnt have to worry about them since there is no other access to it. We loved that the beach was a short walk away so we could come and go as we pleased. The house had everything we needed to make meals.

Amazing location and property!

This was our second time in perdido key but our first time in this home, wow it is beautiful! You can see the ocean through nearly every window on the 2nd floor, the unit was very well maintained and clean. The private pool is awesome for kids and the walk to the beach is a easy and short. The owner was very polite and responded quickly to any questions asked. We will definitely be staying here again!

Private Beach!

The family had a great summer vacation at the beach. Other than being a bit dated, the house was great. Very spacious & the location can’t be beat. It’s steps away to an almost private beach, close to restaurants on either side, and it has a pool. Had no issues with booking, check-in, or check-out. It was a perfect vacation at our own “private” beach!

We own both the West side and the East side of Southern Peach. We have two children that love spending time at the beach. Since we cannot spend every day there, we want to share this beautiful house with our guests. We are also the property managers of this property so you are in contact with the owner directly and we take such great pride in assuring our guests that all details are taken care of. This private home offers much more than the high rise condos.

We make frequent trips to the Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Pensacola area and we usually get one or two water accesses but with this house you get pool, bay, and beach access from one location.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

With a porch and balcony on the front and back of the house, the view is unlimited. We have made this home comfortable with light decor. Tile and scored concrete throughout the house with carpet in the Master bedroom. The most unique benefit to this house would be all the variety of water access available; pool, bay, and beach in addition to the many close restaurant/bar locations. If it's Blue Angels, the Flora-Bama mullet toss, holiday weekends, or just a summer vacation, there are plenty of attractions between Orange Beach and Pensacola that would entertain the whole family.
