IMPORTANT BOAT INFORMATION

Boat use is optional and must be approved in advance. Guests who use the boat are required to sign a Boat Use & Liability Agreement and comply with all applicable Florida boating laws and safety requirements.

Florida has specific requirements regarding who may legally operate a boat and what boating-safety credentials may be required. Please make sure you meet all applicable requirements before reserving the boat.

You are responsible for operating the boat safely and for returning it in the condition in which you received it. Any damage caused during your use may be your responsibility.

Please treat the boat as you would your own: operate it responsibly, keep it clean, and return it secure and fueled.
