There is an enclosed stairwell that leads up to the second-floor apartment. A large area at the top of the stairs also functions as a ‘mudroom.’ It's a great place to take off snowmobile gear and have your jackets as you arrive.

A beautiful mountain getaway would not shine in its best light if it did not have a private outdoor area for relaxation.

★ ABOUT THE PROPERTY ★
This beautiful property spans over 40 acres and features two homes. On the left are three separate apartments, while the right features a charming colonial house. In total, there are four rental units on the property. Each unit is entirely private and reserved exclusively for your use. However, the outdoor spaces and the expansive 40 acres are shared among all guests.
Plenty of parking is available, including ample space for trailers if you're bringing snowmobiles, ATVs, or boats. Enjoy the convenience and freedom to explore this expansive and versatile property!

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoke will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. You are welcome to smoke outside.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ necessary. This process is managed securely through our booking system.
Please treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Thank you very much for your understanding.

★ WINTER CONDITIONS NOTICE ★

The property is maintained under a professional plowing and shoveling contract, and our team typically services the property promptly after storms. However, service timing may vary depending on the severity and duration of winter weather.

During periods of snow and ice, some outdoor areas may be limited.

Guests should expect typical winter conditions, including snow and ice. Bringing a small shovel and appropriate winter footwear is recommended as a precaution.

Public water:

This home is connected to the local public water system. The drinking water is clean, safe, and fully compliant with municipal standards. Guests can use tap water for drinking, cooking, and everyday use without concern.

Great for snowmobiling

Clean , updated apt. plenty of parking for trailers , good trail access . Could use a new couch , very uncomfortable, but other than that , a good place to stay.
