Walk to top tier restaurants and bars on vibrant Adams Ave or explore the city’s major attractions less than 15 min away. Downtown for Gaslamp and more; Balboa Park for museums and Zoo; Mission Valley for shopping heaven; Mission Bay and Pacific Beach for fun in the sun.

Welcome to our well appointed 3 bedroom cottage in the highly sought after Normal Heights neighborhood of San Diego. This bright and airy retreat will make you and your family feel right at home during your stay in San Diego.

Expect a clean, elegant and comfortable space with all the essentials of your home. Fast internet for video streaming; new, hypoallergenic memory foam mattresses/pillows and soft sheets; stylish bathroom with great lighting; beautiful, functional kitchen and living space with air conditioning and
dedicated work space; a private patio perfect for an al fresco morning coffee; shared green space to throw around the football or let the kids run out their energy; 1 off street parking space; and shared laundry room. Guests have private access to a 3 bedroom unit, 1 off street parking spot, a shared laundry room, and a fenced backyard that is adjacent to two other units on the property. The backyard green space is shared; the patio, patio furniture and bbq are for guests exclusive use.

Your host, Alex, is a San Diego native who wants you to love San Diego as much as she does. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need help planning your stay.

Please keep in mind that you will be staying in a private residence. Before booking, please review the House Rules and treat our home with the utmost respect. Your hosts are available 24/7 to address any issues that may arise during your stay and resolve them as quickly as possible.
This agreement is between you, the named person in email correspondence (`Guest`), and the owner, Chine Osisioma (`Owners`), for the property for the dates specified.
By clicking OK and making payment you agree to these terms.

1. SMOKING AND PETS. Smoking and pets are NOT allowed on the property. Smoking inside or outside, or any pets on the premises may incur additional fees of up to $1000.

2. PERSONAL PROPERTY AND INJURY: The property is privately owned; the Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Any person in/on the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Renters and Guests` personal property, including vehicles, are not insured by the Owners against loss or damage due to negligent acts of others or any other cause. The Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. The Owners are not responsible for any damage to personal articles washed in the supplied washer or dryer.

3. SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES: Guests will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity stated on the reservation confirmation. That is, people other than those listed in the Guest party made at the time of rental request may not stay overnight in the property. Using the premises for any illegal activity, but not limited to the possession, serving or consumption of alcoholic beverages by or to persons less than 21 years of age. Causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties. Any other acts which interferes with the neighbors` right to quiet enjoyment of their property.

4. NOISE: Please respect our wonderful neighbors by keeping the volume reasonable. Minimize outdoor noise or large groups outside the house after 9:00 PM. Quiet hours are 9 pm – 8 am.

5. Report any damage to the Owners immediately. Use furniture and appliances for their intended uses only.

6. PLUMBING: Please do not flush anything other than toilet tissue in the toilet. No flushable wipes, paper towels, feminine products or baby products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that improper materials have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages of up to $500.

7. WHAT WE SUPPLY: The property is equipped and set up as fully furnished, including linens, blankets, pillows, towels, furnishings and furniture. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.

8. PARKING: One assigned off street parking spaces in the back driveway accessible from the alley is offered with the reservation. Street parking is also available.

9. CLEANING: YOU ARE REQUIRED to leave the property, including the furniture, in the same general condition as when you first occupied it.

10. CHECK-OUT: You are required to follow the check-out checklist that is posted on the refrigerator. Guests who do not complete each item on the checklist may be subject to additional charges.

Failure to observe any of our house rules above exposes you to fines of up to $1000.

Sweet neighborhood, walking distance to the main street in the Normal Heights neighborhood(Adams Ave) and various restaurants, grocery store and coffee shops. The zoo is a brief drive away and surrounded by easy highway access to take you to beaches and the downtown areas. I would use this house again.
