NEWLY RENOVATED FLOORS! Charming 3 BR Aventura Condo; Wi-Fi; Gated Complex; Pool

This lovely 3 BR unit is perfect for a couple that doesn’t want to feel crowded into a hotel room, two couples on vacation together, or families. It's only 11 miles from Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport, and 20 miles from Miami International Airport. An easy five minute drive to the beach, two minutes to shopping, and a short 20 minutes to Miami Beach's night life. This lovely unit features a full kitchen, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, full oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, food chopper, water boiler, bread toaster, BBQ utensils, kids dinnerware and a full size clothes washer and dryer. You can use AC or rev up our three ceiling fans and open the screened windows. It has two updated baths - one has a shower with seat, one has a shower/bathtub. The master BR has a king bed, while the two twin beds in BR #2 can merge into another king. We have a convertible full-size bed in study/BR #3, and we offer use of a folding playpen and high chair for youngsters. There are three large flat screen TVs, a DVD/Blu-ray player, a stereo radio/MP3 player for your I-pod, and wireless internet. The balcony has two comfortable chairs where you can breathe the tropical air, enjoy the treetops and listen to the cicadas as the sun sets. You can take our six beach chairs and umbrella to the white sand beach less than two miles away, or stroll 10-15 minutes to the exclusive Aventura Mall. You can amble through the tranquil, green surroundings of the Yacht Club's grounds, or jog on the pathway alongside the Turnberry Isles Golf Club. After a long day of shopping or beach time, you can soak in the heated pool or the jacuzzi, or unwind on the dock as the boats cruise by. There is an indoor racquetball court and fitness center, two tennis courts and a half basketball court. One of the best features of the Yacht Club is the barbecue area by the pool, where two large gas grills are available to cook up your burgers or some good steaks or chorizos from the nearby butcher shop. It has a large counter/bar where you can people-watch or meet new friends. The Yacht Club has plenty of parking, a friendly atmosphere, and an attentive management team.

Family vacation

I came with my family to cerebrate Passover holiday.We had a good time, the apartment was comfortable.However, There wasn’t enough towels, change of sheets and extra blankets (few nights were cold and we needed).

Great stay

This condo was well maintained, clean, had extra towels, beach toys and chairs/umbrella, fully equipped kitchen and much more. there was no need to bring anything extra for this vacation Very well thought through owner. Thanks for your hospitality!

Exceptionally clean & well organized.

The communication with Unit Mngr is efficient . The Unit has everything that we needed, very clean. It’s centrally located so easy access to restaurants & shopping mall. Had a very pleasant stay & experience. I would recommend this place-5Star quality

Great place to stay

Good, clean apartment with gym facilities and a nice pool on site. Gave us a good base to explore Miami, Fort Lauderdale and the Everglades. Really enjoyed the break.

Fantastic place, amenities and location!

We had a blast staying at Aventura. The place was clean, comfortable and beautiful inside. No issues at all. The complex has great amenities like its pool and tennis courts. It’s also not too far from Aventura mall. The beach is also just a 5 minute Uber away (as are many restaurants too)

Excellent location for Florida trips and beach

Accomodation is on rental value excellent for this part of the city. Wel organised agency and compound. All the necessary facilities in the appartement and the neighbourhood are foreseen.

The unit was very nicely furnished, modern, and clean.Our late check-in was easy, since the entry gate security had our photo IDs and car pass ready for us.Recreation equipment and portable chairs in a closet.Full size washer and dryer.Ricky, the managing agent, was very helpful and responsive to our questions.Great jogging/walking path right across the street, and huge Aventura mall and grocery not far.

very nice property, relaxed location but a bit of a drive to Miami/South Beach... in miami traffic. restrictions due to COVID so need to plan ahead to reserve pool time.

Excellent stay!

The condo was very cute and clean! We instantly felt at home here. There was plenty of space, with an open layout. The kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed for cooking meals. We really appreciated the beach towels and cooler, since those things are hard to pack. I would definitely book the condo again in the future!

Great Place to Stay

This was a great place for our family to gather as we explored the Miami area. The condo, the building and the grounds were all very clean and well kept. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment is spacious and well laid out. The pool area, grill area and sundeck were very nice, and all the other guests that we met out and about were very friendly. If we had any issues, the property manager was quick to respond. Overall, very pleased with our stay and would recommend.

Great place to stay

We had a great stay at this property. The pool, hot tub, and tennis courts were all available when we wanted to use them (with COVID restrictions we had to make reservations). Everything was clean and ready to go. Very easy to get into the complex and all the information from Ricky was very accurate. Very quiet complex. Kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked a lot. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Stay!

The Yacht club was amazing! Safe and nice area, close to shopping and downtown Miami. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! I would say this condo sleeps 5 adults comfortably. The two rooms with king size beds were very roomy. The office room with futon is really a bed for one or two small children. Our two teen girls slept in it and it was a tight fit. Parking on the 2nd floor of the ramp was perfect for our large SUV. Would stay here again!

Better than advertised

The unit is better than pictured. Well equipped: beach towels, beach chairs, coolers. That’s not typical. Clean. Refreshed unit. We’ve stayed in it three times.

Awesome experience!

Perfect place to vacation with family. The area was great with lots to do nearby. The property was beautiful and well kept. We felt safe and very much at home. The condo was well equipped with everything you need, including umbrella and chairs for the beach along with coolers and pool noodles for the kiddos. Ricky was excellent at communicating and went above and beyond to answer texts and questions we had. Our whole family is sad to have to leave but we would come back to this property 100 times again! Thanks for an incredible stay and we look forward to returning in the future!

We chose The Yacht Club at Aventura because we have friends living here and we always enjoyed visiting them. The atmosphere is friendly, and the complex has excellent security so we always feel safe. The air is fresh and clean, it's beautiful, and it is very near to a wide range of shopping, good restaurants, entertainment, and nearby Aventura Hospital and Medical Center. We often drive to the promenade and bandshell in Hollywood for sunbathing and a seaside stroll, or cruise up to Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale or down to Miami Beach for the nightlife. Bal Harbor's famous Neiman Marcus and other luxury stores are only 10 minutes away, and we like to spend a night at the horse track at Gulfstream Park, only three miles away.
