Great Stay

We had a great stay in Juan Carlos’s condo. It’s very spacious and secure. The condo is well located with everything you will need close by.

Everything you need for a family of five! Great location! Pool was awesome and a 3 mile walking path across the street was also great. We walked to the mall..

Pleasant stay

The condo was neat, clean and well stocked with dishes, towels etc. The decor was pleasant but the unit could use some updating. We enjoyed the walking path across the street. The pool area was nice but crowded. Parking was a non issue.

Great area

The location is great and the whole area is wonderful . The condo does need a little updating. The kitchen definitely needs some work as far as pot, pans and etc. very little in supplies. No hair dryer (left one) I would stay there again.

Juan Carlos unit

Juan Carlos is a wonderful host. The apartment was exactly as shown in pictures. Comfortable and equipped for move in condition. Heating and air conditioning system worked well. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Rocky start

Although our check in was a disaster, we did enjoy our stay. Both owner and property manager responded to our needs in a timely, professional and efficient manner. Kudos to them.

True (we were going through a personnel change and our check-in process was being revised) we did not deliver the best service upon your arrival. I am happy to inform you that all has been resolved, our last guest had a very fast check-in process. I hope we can see you again soon, we upgraded many of the amenities in the apartment and our management team is now fully integrated.

Excellent Place

The place was spacious and the view was nice. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the air conditioning. Towels and bedding were provided and the kitchen was stocked with essential items for cooking. The couches were comfortable and the area was clean. The only downfall was the noise, some days there was a lot of noise but it didn’t take away from the stay. We would recommend staying here for the amenities that are available and the location, but as well as the comfort of the unit as well.

Nice place, good price

-35 minute walk to the mall -desk never got my door ID working but my wife's worked -random guy came to the door at 9am to add smoke detectors -lots of pool rules, no jumping in, no balls, etc... -But great price, amazing heated pool and hot tub, free parking, great location, would love to visit again

So far so good!!

The Yacht club is very nice! It includes top of the line amenities! The pool and gym are great! The unit is very spacious and has everything you need! Juan Carlos and Wiljer are very friendly and respond immediately to our questions! There was a problem with our ID cards and they went out of their way to help!! The unit needs some renovations (kitchen cabinets and bathrooms) but it is clean and functional! We are here for another month and are having a great time!!

Carol thank you for you compliments, the problem with the IDs was that you had two separate overlapping reservations and the management office only looked at the first one, sorry for the inconvenience. It was a pleasure to meet you hope your rest of your stay is uneventful.

Enjoyed our stay in Aventura

This is a lovely rental in one of the premier areas of North Miami. Although the complex is an older one, it is beautifully maintained and very secure. The apartment is spacious, comfortably furnished and was impeccably clean when we arrived. The host Juan Carlos responded immediately when we had a minor issue with the smoke alarm and , once that was resolved, the rest of our stay was uneventful. For us, the major positive features of this rental were the comfortable bed and living room furniture, the recent appliances in the kitchen and the charming balcony shaded by palm trees. Among the many things to do in the area, there is an exceptional walking path across the street and the beaches are a short car ride away. Although other services are close by, they are not within walking distance therefore a car is essential.

Great location!!

The yacht club is like a resort! Gym & pool on the complex!! Very nice! Gated so very secure! Aventura mall in walking distance and the golf club right across the street! There is a very nice paved walking/biking/inline skating path that goes around the golf course for 3 & 1/2 miles approximately! They even have bike rental stations on the path!! As for the unit, it is very spacious! Pictures accurately reflect the unit! The two bedrooms are at opposite sides of the condo for maximum privacy! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook! The owner, Juan Carlos, is very open to requests to make your stay enjoyable! The manager, Wiljer, was a pleasure to deal with and responded quickly to our needs! We had a few minor issues and they were looked after in a timely matter!! The unit is very clean but a little old! Needs to be refreshed! All in all, we had a wonderful time and would come back for sure!!

Un agréable séjour

Juan Carlos est un hôte un sympathique et très réactif, ce qui est appréciable. Il a tout de suite répondu à nos besoins de complément d'équipement. L'appartement, bien qu'ayant besoin de rénovation, notamment du plancher et de la salle de bain principal, est néanmoins agréable et spacieux, avec beau salon. Nous avons passé un bon séjour au calme. L'environnement au pied du golf et du sentier de marche est un réel plus.

Excelente ubicación cerca de Aventura Mall se puede ir caminando, y en auto a 25 minutos de: sawgrass, downtown, southbeach, fort lauderdale, Lincoln Rd. Juan Carlos es un excelente anfitrión siempre atento.

Perfect for our family!

This place was wonderful! The description and pictures are perfectly accurate. It's a completely gated community so we felt safe the entire time. Juan was great answering any questions and responding anytime we reached out. We had 1 maintenance issue with air unit leaking, which was just because of a stopped drain, and he sent his maintenance guy the next morning and fixed it immediately. We couldn't have found a better space for us especially at the price. We paid less for this 2 bedroom(3beds), 2 full bath than we would have for a 2 queen hotel room. They have a big nice pool, with a hottub to the side and a ramp to a small dock looking out to the marina. There is a basketball court, 2 tennis courts, and a gym that we saw while we were there. If we return to near this area we will absolutely be looking to book this place again!

We loved our time here at the Yacht Club! Juan was an excellent host!

The unit is showing advanced age. The furniture was rather uncomfortable. The kitchen was advertised as a full kitchen. It was not. Small TV sets. Owner responded quickly to our correspondence.

I am sorry to hear that you thought the furniture was uncomfortable, the living room and dining room are brand new, pillows, blankets and covers are all new as well. The kitchen has all the basic needs for a vacation as seen in the pictures, this is the first time I have this complaint, if anything was missing please let me know so I can add any missing items for my next guests. I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the comfort of this brand new furniture , the size of the TVs and the kitchen utensils, my focus with my rental apartment is to provide the comfort I expect when I travel so I would appreciate if you be more specific with your comments so I can improve for my next guests. Thank you!

Luxury stay!

This is like a resort. Awsome! Thanks Juan! The only hiccup I had was getting a pass key to the gym, but that was due to my driver's license not getting to the building management in time. But it got busy anyways so it worked out fine. Love the security gate too. Gin was very friendly.

Cleaning service had not cleaned it prior to us arriving. Was taken care of late that night though. Owner worked hard to take care of it, property manager was not around. Needs updating and new furniture. Kitchen poorly equipped. Pool area was nice and location good. Overall I would say this is average. For the money, a little less than what I expected.

I am sorry that the cleaning service made a mistake with their schedules and missed cleaning the unit on time, we did all we could to remedy the situation, I thank you for commending our efforts. We will look to update any older furniture and kitchen equipment so guests in the future can be better served.

Aventura yacht clib

The location was absolutely incredible. The unit self did not seem well maintained but fairly reflected in the pictures. The manager was wary to speak with and responded quickly. The check in process was pretty smooth but we had difficulty getting our IDs for the first 3 days. Overall I’m very happy with my stay.
