I was born and raised in St. Catherine, Jamaica, but I’ve been proud to call Trelawny home for over 30 years. Living here has allowed me to truly appreciate the beauty, culture, and spirit of Jamaica, and I love sharing that experience with others.
As an Executive Chef with over two decades of experience, I have a deep passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences. In my free time, I enjoy traveling , trying new recipes, spending time with family, and soaking in the natural beauty of our island.
Hosting gives me the opportunity to meet people from around the world and share a piece of Jamaica’s warmth and charm. I take great pride in making sure every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and cared for during their stay.
