Please note: parking passes are not included in your reservation. Parking passes are approximately $50 plus tax, each can be purchased prior to your arrival or onsite at the front desk (3rd floor) lobby Kiosk. Passes valid for the duration of your stay. Please complete the parking pass form and display during your stay immediately to avoid parking violations. No Trailer, boat, RV, or oversized vehicle parking permitted. Parking is not assigned general parking only. 2nd floor garage parking is for owner use only.
Wristbands: Guests must also wear resort wristbands while on property. Bands available in the 3rd floor lobby, no charge at this time.
What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.
What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Plenty of room for our family; each bedroom had their own bathroom. The master bedroom was very roomy and the King bed was very comfortable.

Everything about this condo was AMAZING!!! Family friendly… location is exceptional. Hosts were very attentive and checking in and making sure that we knew they were available if we needed anything. Could come stay here and never need to leave for anything!!! It’s amazing…

Great Condo with many amenities
The accomodations exceeded our expectations. Beautiful view of the Gulf from tha balcony. Kitchen, laundry and common areas where all comfortable. Nice open concept.Plan to return next year.

It was great, everything was clean except for the top of the fridge that I noticed. Was a little disappointed in the maintenance people still in the place when I checked in.

Family w/ kids
The condo itself was VERY NICE. The floors had not been cleaned well and we all had dirty feet and socks shortly after unloading. There were several food containers/ bags under kitchen sink from last guest. The information desk had no information about our stay and seemed to be there to sell parking passes. The pool area was cleaned as were all areas of the facility although the hours of operation were short. Our communications with our booking agent were GREAT ! ( be aware that you will NOT check in early , not even ONE minute prior to 4pm ! LOL ! ) The beddings , bathrooms were EXCELLENT as well as the furnishings and the kitchen was very well equipped. A beautiful condo and beach area!!
