Incredible location. Walk to Big Kahunas. Loved the first floor

Thank you Warren Beach Rentals for putting us in this beach house. It fit every need, and we loved it. To be able to walk our small kids right out to the pool and back without having to fight elevators was the biggest flex of all time. Can NOT beat the location. Cant wait to come back.

Nice complex- felt safe with family and small children. The unit was nice- had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It would have been nice to have been provided a guide to the area for local eating and such- but we easily found yelp reviews of best restaurants.The road in front of unit is EXTREMELY busy and traffic was terrible any time of day. Wasn't aware of private beach rules- didn’t like that the shoreline felt overtaken by umbrella and chair companies that “ruled” that area and that we couldn’t set up a shade for the small kids other than umbrella. While Destin beach water and sand were gorgeous- we won’t be back due to the private beach rules- which is not this owners fault in any way… we were just unaware.

Gorgeous seas

The weather was less than perfect with lots of rain and wind but we still managed lots of time in the sun. The water here is absolutely beautiful. Even with the rough surf it was emerald green. The condo was clean, roomy and the king beds were comfy. Would definitely stay again!!!

Beautiful location. Powder soft beach within a couple of minutes of the building. Very secure buildingso safety was not an issue.The traffic is horrendous at times.

Ocean front first floor

Great location although being on the first floor you couldn’t see the ocean from the condo. It was super convenient to walk out the back door to the pool, hot tub and beach. The beach was amazing…. It is located in a gated area so we felt safe while there. Lots of neighboring restaurants, shopping and other activities. The pool was not heated for the first two days but they fixed it quickly. I’d stay again!

Location of this condo was amazing. It faced the beach and was a ground level condo. It was steps away from the pool, which was nice for my son!

Best beach trip yet

Absolutely perfect size condo. Only about 45 units. This specific one is ground floor next to pool. Parking is close and easy. Everything we needed was there. If i could i'd reserve this unit 2x a yr for next 20yrs. Ive been coming to the gulf for 50yrs (not every yr) and this was best trip yet.

This condo was excellent. Great location. Clean. Close to the pool, hot tub and beach. Loved the gated concept and felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again would recommend 10/10.

Good place to stay. Couple suggestions, need more and better quality towels,

Maintenance should be done when guests are not there, they were beating on our door at 8 am, water was barely warm. Loved the assigned parking space

Construction was a total bummer. Parking was disrupted, couldn’t open windows because of workers outside of them daily painting. Constant noise.

Great Place!

The description of the condo was spot on. The owner kept in touch to make sure stay was great. The first floor level is perfect and you can walk right out on the beach. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend!

We give it 4 stars!

We liked this unit but as with anywhere, there’s always a few things that catch your attention. Traffic was very heavy. Getting in and out of the facility was difficult. Plus, someone was in our designated parking spot the entire time, so we had to park out towards the gate. The unit is on the ground floor, which we specifically needed. The pool is right outside the back door & the beach was just past that. Both very convenient I will say the pool was smaller than we expected and was often dirty with slime, hair & bugs. The hot tub was VERY dirty and not fully functional (the knob was broken off the timer). We saw two guys that came & “cleaned” the pool but only the older gentleman actually cleaned it. The other just poured a cup of something in it & left. Those were the days the pool was the worst. The beach was very crowded & the rental chair company occupied the majority of the designated area. That was annoying, but we managed. The porch furniture left a lot to be desired. There were 2 functional chairs, two broken ones and a very uncomfortable wooden bench. All of which were surrounded by ants when we got there & throughout the week. It does not appear the concrete porch is ever washed off so those guys clearly have made themselves at home. We were glad to have brought a few $10 chairs from Walmart with us to sit on. The inside of the unit was sized well, but full of alot of unnecessary decor / furniture / fake plants that just took up space. In my opinion, the wicker living room furniture needs to be replaced. It is very dingy, outdated and all the pillows/cushions are stained. The pull out couch was gross when we opened it. The bath linens were in short supply. Be prepared to do laundry every day. Our biggest issue was the air conditioning (although we just dealt with it). The air filter light was on when we arrived and the unit would rarely pull down past 75 despite being set at 71 the entire time. At night it might get down to 73 but it didn’t stay there long. It was definitely noticeable & uncomfortable at times. I did mention it to the Manager upon departure so they could have it checked for the next guests (we left Friday even though checkout was Sat.) Overall, we did enjoy our stay and we got some much needed beach relaxation. With a few updates/improvements, this unit could be 5 stars.

Highly recommend

This condo was perfect. So much more than I expected. Very clean, had more than enough amenities. We cooked 5 nights had had everything we needed. Very pretty condo and located right at the beach. Renting snd checking in was so easy. Would love to come back to this condo again.

Total mis-representation of condo.

This property is terrible to say the least. Moldy curtains, old, dirty, broken down furniture. No dressers to put clothes in. Condo was not cleaned upon arrival and hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Took me over 2 hours to clean. Front door lock wasn’t working properly and had to be broken into by building maintenance. Sliding door has broken seal so the view is through steamed glass and water running down in it. The slider would lock but if you pulled on it at all it unlocks because it was missing screws. Photos of all issues listed above were sent to VRBO for their records. Owner stated these were minor inconveniences. Do not rent!!!

Excellent Spring Break Vacation

A clean, well-appointed condo that matches the online listing. The ground floor location was ideal, making access to the beach and pool super-convenient. Our family had a wonderful time and we will definitely look to rent this property the next time we come to Destin.

Perfect place

We just loved the bottom floor unit. We are definitely planning to come back here again next year as this unit fit our needs perfectly. The owners of the property were wonderful to work with and we just felt like we were home in this unit. We also loved that we could enjoy both the sunrise, sunsets. The heated pool and hot tub were also a bonus! We can’t wait to come back.
