THINGS TO KNOW:

-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees may apply at the rate of ( ENTER ACTUAL PROPERTY UTILITY FEES ) and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking
-Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $125/pet per month. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $155/pet fee per month will be required to be paid separately to the property management company before check-in.
-Please note the pet fee in your booking is 'per pet'. If you're booking more than 1 pet, the additional pet fee (plus tax) will be required to be paid after booking.
-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total.
-This home is located a short ferry away from the Channel Islands National Park.
-Spa Heating is included in your stay with an outdoor shower.
-The second bedroom can easily double as an additional living room since it features a sleeper sofa only.
