The first level of the home has 2 bedrooms, one with a King bed, TV, private full bathroom with jetted tub, glass shower, and double sinks. The other downstairs bedroom has 2 twins, full bath in hall. Down the hall is the large family room with wet bar, mini fridge, TV Theater with DVD, Stereo system, and surround sound. There is a fireplace to keep it cozy, and also a selection of books, games, and DVD's. The house has a great design so the first level can be accessed via two separate stairways.
The Main level of this exquisite home has another living area with another TV theater area with flat screen, 5- disc DVD, and stereo system. The dining area has a large grand table to seat 8, and another 4 seating at the bar for comfortable dining for 12. The gourmet kitchen is well supplied with double ovens, Keurig, culinary utensils, pots, pans, serveware, crockpot, etc. There is a large covered deck off the main level with outdoor table and seating for 6, gas grill, and views of the 1st Fairway at the 150 yard mark.
