Winter Seasonal Information:
This property is ski in/out via the Burro Trail but please note it is for advanced skiers only. Maps to the runs and house are provided upon booking.

Ski Out - From the Burro Trail at corner of Gold King and White Cloud Drive follow path down to Lower Lehman and the base of Peak 9. This is the official neighborhood access point for all homes. All homes in this neighborhood have the same legal access.

Ski In - You must ride the Falcon chair to the top of Peak 10. Proceed down Cimarron, a black diamond, to the back country gates on the cat walk, follow the path to the home. Exit via the neighbor hood access point at Gold King and White Cloud to avoid trespassing. This is the official neighborhood access point for all homes. All homes in this neighborhood have the same legal access.

Summer Seasonal Information:
• Close to hiking, mountain biking, and water sports.
• Downhill hike to town (about 3/4 of a mile) along side a stream
• Hiking and mountain biking trails that we connect to directly to the Burro Trail outside the home
• Whitewater rafting, Horseback Riding, Paddle boarding, Dog Sledding, Snowmobiling, Zip Lines, Adventure Parks, are all with in miles of the home

Travel Information:
• Nearest Public Airports: Denver International (105 miles) or Eagle County airport (80 minutes).
• Nearest Private Airports: Buena Vista, Kremmling, Rocky Mountain Airport
• Transfers: Private transportation available.
• Semi-PrivateJSX flights now serve Rocky Mountain Airport in Boulder, CO.

Important Notes:
• No Events: Weddings, receptions, or functions are strictly prohibited at the property.
• Unfortunately no Campfires permitted due to Forest Fire Risk.
• Exterior Security: Two outdoor cameras monitor forest views (100% exterior).
• No A/C: Breckenridge homes rely on cool mountain air. Open windows during the day and close them at night for comfort.
• Pet Policy: Renters are responsible for any pet-related damage.

Amazing home and Company to work with

We had four families stay at the White cloud outpost in February 2026 and could not say enough great things about this home. It was divided up very well to where we had big common areas to gather, but also had separation for the kids and adults and families. Endless games, pool table, foosball, karaoke, machine, etc. for the kids and a beautiful kitchen very well stocked for the adults. The amenities were fantastic and an added bonus was having a shuttle stop right at the end of our driveway to take us to the base of the mountain for skiing or into town to shop. This is the best property management company we have ever worked with. Very thorough, direct, and quick to respond via text to any questions. I would highly recommend this property management company and definitely this house.

Family Ski weekend

This is the perfect spot for a winter break - plenty of room for three families with teens. Host was very communicative and gave plenty of detailed information. Having the shuttle stop right by the house made it so easy for all of us to get to the slopes and back. Definitely recommend staying here!

This was probably one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in! The location is excellent and their customer service made our trip that much better. Before booking, we called about five different companies with a few question and no one answered—except this one. The host personally picked up the phone, answered every question we had, and gave us complete confidence in booking. When we arrived, the home was set up perfectly. The bathrooms were overstocked with towels and the kitchen was fully stocked with more than enough plates and glasses—small details that made a big difference in our stay. While the price may seem like a premium at first glance, however the home is huge and the service and care are absolutely top notch and worth every penny. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect house for our large family group! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for a range of ages, including the well furnished kitchen and game room, large dining table, and pack & plays. Home is perfect for large families or large groups. So much space. Or perfect for just one person, as it was for me. Jason was so informative with not only everything about the house, but also all the things to do in and around Breckenridge. It’s located in a cul de sac at the end of a road so plenty of room for the kids to play. Highly recommend this property!!

Our stay at White Cloud Outpost was fantastic. Plenty of room for all family members, game room, great view, clean, and hot tub. Location was fantastic, quiet, close to hiking trails and downtown. Perfect for large families or gatherings!

Thank you, Jason for allowing us to use your beautiful home for our family gathering. The space was perfect. We could gather together very comfortably and all separate families had their own space when needed! The setting is stunning, while having very easy access to the town of Breckenridge.

We love Breckenridge with everything it has to offer from skiing to hiking too relaxing and most importantly, sharing it with our guests.

From our first trip to Colorado in 1993, we knew this was a special place. Managing this home and offering it to others allows us to share this special place with so many people. Trip after trip we learned that each season brings so many memories, we hope you start making those memories as well in Breckenridge, CO.

This home has multi-generational living spaces within this six level sprawling estate.

Inside where the kitchen and glass enclosed breakfast nook, the loft, the great room, the hot tub, the deck and large yard,. Towards the back we have a second living room/game room with wet bar area. Our home can provide the opportunity for the family to gather together, or spread out. The home has high vaulted ceilings in both living rooms, the master bedroom, and breakfast nook!

The Warriors Mark neighborhood is a quiet enclave adjacent to the ski resort. We are at the end of a cul-de-sac. We have great sunset ski resort mountain views of Peak 8 from the great room, hot tub and deck. Locally, we are about two miles from historic downtown Breckenridge and the ski gondola. There is loads of activities, shopping and restaurants in town as well as on mountain. It's only a short drive to 6 more world class ski resorts, whitewater rafting, stand up paddle boarding, dog sledding, snowmobiling, horse back riding, gold mine-tours, road biking, kayaking, mountain biking and four wheeling!

We offer a complementary welcome Zoom call where we go over the area with Virtual Tour to go over the home, and offer suggestions on things to do and help you get the most out of your trip.
