This phenomenal lake house in Sevierville on Douglas Lake offers 4 bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 bunk beds. With 4 bathrooms equipped with amenities like a hair dryer, shower, and bathtub, guests will feel right at home. The additional living room space with a cozy murphy bed provides extra comfort for your stay. This amazing property is the perfect retreat for your trip. 2 kitchens make this property ideal for multiple familys to come and enjoy lake living in the mountains. We look forward to hosting you at our place. ** please note , lake levels are regulated by the TVA and owner has no control over lake levels . Lake is typically lowered to winter levels between mid September thru mid May . The Flat creek cove area has very little water during these months . We welcome well behaved family dogs , there is a $150 per dog fee per stay . All dogs must be on a leash when outside .

Everything was perfect! It was clean and quiet. Our dogs loved the outside! Highly recommend! The hosts got back to me almost immediately with any questions I had and we're most accommodating!!

Great location on the lake. The home had everything we needed. Kids loved swimming and fishing off the dock. We rented a pontoon for 3 days from a local marina and had a wonderful time.

Great setup of beds and bathrooms. The lake access was easy while carrying a paddleboard for my 10 year old for those wondering. The home was clean and we had excellent communication with the owners during our stay.

A great house, cheerful and clean. Easy to live in with a great layout for multiple generations with private and public areas, for our ages 1-71. Thoughtfully and well stocked with whatever we needed, Owner communicates really quickly. Wonderful experience. We would definitely book this house again.

Amazing house and location

We absolutely enjoyed our experience, starting from communication with the host to staying at the house. The house was very clean and stocked with everything necessary. The location was perfect as well as we were right on the lake (with easy access) but still within half an hour of the main attractions of Pegion Forge. I would definitely recommend.

The lake view was nonexistent, it was dryed up to the point you could not even utilize it. The owners told me it was low and I said we'll I already paid and the site said no refunds, correct? He said yes. After we arrived it was so much worse then expected. I contacted the owners again they said they lowered the price because of that and I was told about. Again I said after I paid. They did offer to try to get a refund and go somewhere else. It is a holiday weekend at after 6 on Saturday so that was not an option. I was greatly disappointed

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the seasonal lake levels were disappointing for your visit. As noted in our listing, lake levels are managed by TVA and can vary significantly depending on the time of year and weather conditions. Because of the unusually low levels during your stay, we had already deeply discounted the home’s holiday weekend pricing accordingly. You booked the property on Friday for a Saturday holiday weekend arrival, and prior to your stay we communicated that the lake levels were low. After you arrived and expressed concern, we immediately offered the option to cancel and receive a refund so you could secure alternate accommodations if desired. You chose to remain at the property for the duration of your stay. We always strive to be transparent in our listing descriptions and communication, and we’re sorry the lake conditions did not meet your expectations. We do appreciate your stay and your feedback.

We had a wonderful stay at Lake Douglas. The home is beautiful and well stocked with everything you’d need for your family trip. The layout if perfect for extended/multi-family stays. You can literally bring clothes and food and be set. The home is stocked with everything you’d need. Due to the unpredictable and unprecedented drought, the lake level was down a bit which make using the lake for activities difficult but the host was accommodating and offered suggestions for other activities. Speaking of the host; Lisa was wonderful and thoughtful. She quickly answered messages before, during, and after our stay.While our trip was nearly perfect, there are a couple of things to note. The dock does not until water level is at least 985. Even then water around the dock is shallow and grassy and the ramp is steep. Water shoes may be helpful. Secondly, a couple chairs on the dock would have been a nice addition. A few foldable chairs from home would make the time on the dock a little more enjoyable. Overall the stay was nice and relaxing and the hope itself was perfect! While the lake was not usable (no fault of the host) the hot tub, pool table, neighborhood pool, and other nearby attractions still left us with plenty to do.

This is a wonderful property. Lake was a little low, but not controlled by host, we were still able to bring our boats in to dock. The grand kids LOVED the junior kayaks. The amenities were great and even had full crib for baby. Would definitely recommend .
