The Indoors
The main floor features an open floor plan, perfect for gatherings, with a spacious kitchen offering ample seating for everyone—whether at the kitchen island, the eat-in table, or the adjacent dining room, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests at once.
The primary bedroom is upstairs, complete with a large walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom. The primary suite also features a walk-out balcony, complete with a cozy outdoor fireplace, perfect for unwinding on cool mornings or evenings in total relaxation. There are also three additional king bedrooms on this level, offering plenty of space and comfort.

Please note that during the winter months the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. The heater can only heat the pool 20-25 degrees above the overnight low. If temperatures reach below 45°F, the pool heater will no longer be effective in heating the pool.

5. Pet Cleaning and Deodorizing (dogs only) - $125 per pet for the duration of your stay.

• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)

Due To A New City Ordinance:
• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking
• We report and prosecute all credit card fraud

Other things to note
Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.

This is a dog friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up after your pup.
Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.

Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
