Unwind in the Main-Level private King suite, your personal sanctuary featuring:

A plush King bed
A cozy seating area with a bay window seat—perfect for reading or relaxing
A TV visible from both the bed and seating area
A spacious ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, oversized glass shower, double sinks with lighted mirrors, and a private water closet

Upstairs, you’ll find 3 private Queen bedrooms, ideal for adults or teens, offering comfort and privacy for everyone.

The heart of the home is the open-concept living space, anchored by a large sunken sectional and an impressive 95-inch TV, perfectly positioned to be enjoyed from the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Additional seating includes:

Bar-style seating behind the sectional
Bar seating at the kitchen peninsula
Bench and chair seating at the dining table

Just off the kitchen is a charming breakfast and coffee nook, fully stocked with a Nespresso coffee & espresso bar and a fun dirty soda setup—perfect for mornings or mid-day pick-me-ups.

Hi! We're so glad you're considering our home for your stay.

I grew up in a small town in North Idaho, where my parents owned and operated a bed and breakfast. Since I actually lived in the B&B while growing up, hosting guests has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I always enjoyed meeting people from different places, hearing their stories, and helping create a welcoming environment where they could relax and make memories.

Today, my husband and I have been married for 18 years, and our love of hospitality has stayed with us. We enjoy spending time outdoors and taking advantage of every adventure we can find. Some of our favorite activities include hunting, fishing, side-by-side riding, snowmobiling, snowboarding, skiing, boating, and spending time on the water. We also love discovering new restaurants, exploring new experiences, and making memories with friends and family.

When we're not outdoors, you'll often find us binge-watching the next best TV series or YouTube channel. We love to workout and lift weights. I also enjoy playing cards, board games, and listening to murder mystery books.

Creating this property has been a labor of love. We wanted to design a place where families and friends could reconnect, celebrate special occasions, relax, laugh, play, and create lasting memories together. Every feature of this home was chosen with gathering and entertaining in mind because we know some of life's best moments happen when people are simply spending time together.

One of the things we love most about this property is the rare combination of privacy, space, and location. The home sits on a quiet dead-end street in one of downtown Gilbert’s unique and coveted no-HOA neighborhoods, offering a peaceful setting that still keeps you close to everything.

With 1.25 acres, wonderful neighbors, and very little traffic, the neighborhood feels calm, private, and tucked away. It is the kind of place where you can relax, unwind, and feel like you have escaped to your own private retreat.

At the same time, you are only about six minutes from downtown Gilbert, where you’ll find incredible dining, coffee shops, shopping, nightlife, entertainment, and local events. It is close to everything you may want during your stay, but far enough away to enjoy quiet evenings and a more private, residential feel.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds: easy access to downtown amenities and the comfort of a spacious private property. Once you step into the backyard, it truly feels like your own private resort, complete with outdoor entertainment, gathering areas, and plenty of room to relax and make memories.

This property was designed around one simple idea: creating a place where everyone can be together while still having space to spread out and enjoy their own activities.

The main house features an open-concept gathering space centered around a large sunken living room with a massive U-shaped sectional and a 95-inch TV. Whether you're relaxing on the couch, sitting at the dining table, cooking in the kitchen, or enjoying the bar seating behind the sectional, everyone can watch the same game, movie, or event together.

One of the home's most unique features is its basement entertainment area—a rare find in Arizona. This dedicated space gives kids and teens a place of their own to watch movies, play games, and relax on reclining couches with heat, massage functions, cup holders, charging ports, and ambient lighting.

For guests seeking additional privacy, the property also includes a detached casita with its own full kitchen, living room, workspace, sleeping area, and full bathroom. It's perfect for grandparents, in-laws, remote workers, or anyone wanting a quieter retreat just steps from the main house.

Outside, the property transforms into your own private resort. Enjoy two cornhole lanes, a mini-golf putting green, and a pickleball area with a sport court coming soon.

The centerpiece of the backyard is the expansive pool and entertainment area. The oversized ramada seats 14 and features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill, sink, mini refrigerator, microwave, cooler station, lighting, and music.

The commercial-style pool offers shallow-to-deep swimming, pool ledge seating, a kiddie pool, grotto seating behind a waterfall, rock features, and a thrilling 360-degree waterslide. Additional features include waterfalls, a rock climbing wall, and outdoor fireplaces that create a beautiful atmosphere day and night.

Few properties combine this much space, privacy, entertainment, and resort-style living while remaining just minutes from downtown Gilbert.
