Escoba Ranch is a recently and completely remodeled, spacious three-bedroom home located in Palm Springs, minutes from its famous downtown and the PSP airport.

Our large and private corner-property offers stunning views of the San Jacinto mountains. Our Outdoor Living Room sports a salt-water pool and jacuzzi, a 45 foot covered patio with barbeque, a mini citrus orchard, a fire pit an outdoor shower and an assortment of palm trees, cacti and desert flowers.

Our home's ample interior is designed for fun and comfort. The open-floor plan living and dining area feature a 75” TV, a classic fireplace, and an extra large family-style dining table which opens up to our outdoor living room and adjoins the well-appointed kitchen featuring all the amenities you'll need to entertain and enjoy your Palm Springs stay!

The Location:
Escoba Ranch is located in the Los Compadres neighborhood of south-east Palm Springs (well south of the wind zone), minutes from the bustling heart of the city, its restaurants, museums and galleries and also offers very quick access to Palm Springs International Airport.

We are located directly on the new Palm Springs CV Link (Coachella Valley ) bike path, minutes from the Prescott Nature Preserve, dog parks and a short walk to the base of the Araby trail system, which leads to the famous Bob Hope house, and beyond.

Spacious bedrooms with unique character.
Each of the three bedrooms in this home has been meticulously designed to provide a unique experience while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic that exudes warmth, elegance and fun.

Primary Suite: The luxurious primary bedroom is a private oasis designed for your ultimate relaxation. Featuring a plush king-size bed with a gorgeous wood headboard and bed frame, this room invites restful nights and peaceful mornings. A large sliding glass door allows natural light to stream in, illuminating the rich terrazzo floors and sleek mid-century modern furnishings.

Also for your enjoyment is a large screen smart TV neatly tucked away when not in use. A spacious closet provides ample storage, while an en-suite bathroom boasts a dual vanity with quartz countertops, an oversized walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead and designer tile work that complements the home’s modern aesthetic.

Second Bedroom: The second bedroom is equally inviting, with a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance. Outfitted with a queen-size bed, restored mid-century nightstands and a large screen (65”) TV, this space offers both style and functionality. A large window frames picturesque views of the mountains, allowing guests to wake up to the sight of lush greenery. A well-appointed closet and stylish accent lighting complete the room, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests or family members.

Third Bedroom: Designed with the mid-century modern decor in mind, this very fun room features a plush queen size bed with plenty of sleeping pillows as in the other bedrooms. Decorated with subtle mid-century modern touches, this room feels effortlessly chic. Soft textiles, funky wall treatments and ample storage make it a practical yet beautiful space.

Stepping into the main living space, you are greeted by an open floor plan that fosters connection and flow. The spacious living room is designed for both relaxation and social gatherings, featuring a sleek sectional sofa, an inviting pair of Barcelona chairs and a statement coffee table. A stunning modern mid-century modern fireplace wall serves as the focal point, with a 75" smart TV for those nighttime movies for the family or a gathering of friends!
On the other end of the living room is a perfect spot for those moments when work beckons, close enough to the action but tucked away for a little more privacy.

Adjacent to the living area, the dining space is framed by a designer chandelier that casts a warm glow over a solid wood and large glass top dining table, seating six to eight guests comfortably. Whether swimming laps, floating under the sun, or dipping into the water at twilight to watch the stars come out, this pool is perfect for any occasion.

Outdoor Living Room: covered by a 45 foot open trellis, Escoba Ranch's outdoor patio with an eight person dining table, comfy lounge seating for the whole group and a full barbeque setup for showing off your grilling skills.

Fire Pit & Outdoor Lounge: As the sun sets, gather around the sleek fire pit with friends and family. The surrounding lounge area features outdoor seating on our classic set of Adirondack chairs, creating a cozy space to enjoy evening cocktails, roast marshmallows, or simply revel in the peaceful ambiance of the mountainscape.

Outdoor Shower: Experience the ultimate convenience and luxury with an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a swim or a sunbathing session. With privacy in mind, this feature enhances the outdoor experience while maintaining a spa-like feel.

Citrus Orchard: Adding a touch of natural charm, a small citrus orchard graces the property, providing our guests the rare delight of picking fresh oranges, lemons, or limes straight from the tree (when in season).
