This was the perfect place for our family this weekend! We were in town for UMHB graduation and this home allowed all of us to stay together and enjoy a little mini vacation at the lake! Everyone we had stay with us commented on how absolutely perfect the property was. The patio/balcony, steps down to the lake, spacious rooms and all the extras made the stay so welcoming. I highly recommend this place and really appreciate the opportunity to stay there for this occasion!

We held a yoga day retreat at the home. It was the perfect size and location for a little getaway. Most of our yogis are local, so they loved the location with many mentioning it was so nice to feel like they were away, even though they weren’t far from home. It was peaceful, the lake access was great, all of the little spaces to sit and just be were awesome. We loved it. We will be back soon!!

This place was so beautiful and perfect for our family! It was very well stocked from the kitchen to bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. The Christmas decorations were very welcoming! We all loved staying here and are looking into reserving it for next year if that’s possible.

This property exceeded our expectations for a family get together to support a family member that was unable to travel out of the area due to medical appointments. Our family was able to relax and enjoy the home during the holidays. This was truly a blessing and felt like a family retreat.

Great house! Probably the best stocked house I’ve stayed in. Pretty much any kitchen supplies you need. They allowed me to host my baby shower there and it was a lovely time for everyone! The only issue was bugs. While the house was well-kept and clean, we encountered several different types of bugs in the house, despite there being no open windows and infrequently opened doors. Certainly not a deal breaker, and I understand being near the lake, but perhaps some additional bug spray would be helpful!

The house was absolutely amazing. We had 16 women for a retreat, and there was plenty of space for everyone to be together for meals and fellowship, while also having more than enough room for anyone who needed quiet time alone. We were able to set up two extended tables for group dining, and the kitchen was fully equipped — great stove, three ovens, and everything we needed to cook full meals for all 16 of us. We especially appreciated the 42‑cup coffee maker and the large water dispenser we used for iced tea.There were several comfortable seating areas both upstairs and downstairs, all with a fabulous view. The layout made it easy for small groups to gather without feeling crowded. The jacuzzi was a favorite at the end of each day — several of the ladies enjoyed relaxing there after our sessions.Overall, the home was perfect for our women’s retreat. Spacious, peaceful, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

The space and amenities of this house are designed perfectly for a multigenerational gathering. We utilized the spacious decks and path down to the lake as well as the multiple gathering areas We hope to return soon!

Wonderful House!

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. We all enjoyed the outdoor activities, as well as the shuffleboard upstairs! Nicely located with great views, we’ll be back!

Overall the property was exceptional. The ladies and I were very pleased. The toilet base in the master bedroom is loose. The half bathroom needed a restock of toilet paper. The master bedroom tub had hair inside however we didn’t use it. Loved the master bedroom shower and closet space. The upstairs frig door didn’t close properly. These are just notification of what we observed while being there. But again we will consider this property again if we look at this area for a retreat.

Our Thanksgiving vacation was fabulous at this house! There was plenty of room for all three families with kids. We enjoyed the large kitchen and sitting spaces as well as fishing on the lake. We even got up and used the exercise room every day! The house was close to local attractions and an easy drive to the HEB for all our Turkey Day needs. The house was clean and had plenty of kitchen staples to keep us going for the week. Communication with the owners was seamless and they were so personable and accommodating. Would totally recommend staying here!

This home is absolutely beautiful and perfectly situated on the lake, truly a peaceful space that allowed us to slow down, be still, and encounter God. Our women’s ministry was blessed by every part of it. We were able to host a massage therapist with plenty of room for her to set up comfortably, gather together for a powerful group Bible study, and still have more than enough space to spread out. We cooked, prayed, worshiped, and poured into one another, and even enjoyed sweet moments of fellowship playing games like Scrabble. It was a place of true rest and renewal, from quiet walks and fishing to simply sitting in God’s presence and enjoying the atmosphere.Having a Walmart close by was also a definite plus and made it easy to grab anything we needed.The only thing to note, and this may not be an issue for every group, is that we had several individuals who were unable to climb stairs, so the limited restroom access on the main level was a bit of a challenge.

Very clean and spacious home, accommodating our large family perfectly. We loved the layout of the rooms; gathering areas were roomy with plenty of seating, and bedrooms allowed for privacy when desired. The kitchen allowed multiple chefs for meal prep with no crowding. Plenty of off-street parking for up to 5 vehicles. The bunk room was wonderful for children. The master bedroom offered a beautiful view of the sunrise. Wish we could've stayed longer!

Girls Birthday Party

The beauty of the property is 10 out of 10. It was the perfect place for a large group that wants to enjoy the lake activities! We had a birthday weekend for my 12 year old daughter and they enjoyed the hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards, volleyball in the front yard and the size of the house.

A lovely stay in a stunning home. Hospitality plus, too. The owners went above and beyond in thoughtfulness. The gourmet kitchen was fabulous and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The entire house was fresh and clean. The view is incredible. Lots of perks. would rent again.

A highly recommended, wonderful, perfect stay!

I would highly recommend this property. My family and I booked this stay for my daughter’s high school graduation. We wanted our out of state family to have a comfortable, clean, and exciting stay while visiting Texas. This property met our expectations and exceeded them. The photos online are an accurate depiction however, in person this property is breath taking. There was more than enough space to host my family and each person was able to sleep comfortably. Most importantly to our family the property was very clean. Check in was a breeze, the host was responsive, and the check out instructions were clear. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a home away from their home with an amazing lake view!

Initially I was concerned when we entered the property and it it smelt like stale cigarette smoke. I txted my concern to Michelle and she got back with me the next morning stating that it was a non-smoking property. I knew that, but had concerns that whoever had been there had smoked. Anyway, the property is clean, well-stocked, and can accommodate a large group with no problems. Our group was only 10 (5 adults and 5 children) and we had a great time enjoying the large space, the shuffle board, patios, kayak, and comfortable surroundings.

Belton vacation

We loved the house very clean and nicely decorated But a few things were missing for a family More plastic glasses ( for kids) More coffee and tea mugs , where the coffee maker is in the kitchen the cabinet above that should be the place for the mugs easy access to coffee maker , more bowls and platers for serving also no scissors and the toaster needs to be a four slice. And curtains or blinds would be great in the master bedroom also fitted bottom sheet would be nice. Each morning the sheet was either on one side or the other. Hot tub water needs to be changed. Really cloudy most of the little kids did not want to get in. Our family have a rental house in Galveston , and I always like yo hear how to improve our house , the password to the wifi needs to be put in small caps we all tried to put in capitals but were not successful. We enjoyed the house and the view was beautiful. Thank you.
