Overnight guests are limited to a maximum of 8 people.

Parking is limited to 4 vehicles due to community regulations.

The home is located in a quiet, close-knit neighborhood, and the community is committed to maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. Loud music or large gatherings will most likely lead to intervention.

Hosting something small and low-key? We allow pre-approved events up to 15 guests with a $150 fee.

Local guests (those who live in the area) are considered on a case-by-case basis.
