The third bedroom features a full-size bed with an 8-inch Green Tea memory foam mattress, ceiling fan, ottoman, walk-in closet, and Roku Smart TV.

Bathrooms

The hallway bathroom includes a shower with accessible grab handles and a shower chair. Complimentary body soap, shampoo, and conditioner are included.

-Guests have access to the first floor only. The basement and garage are not accessible.
-During winter months, the deck is closed due to snow and ice conditions.

-No smoking or tobacco use anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a $500 fee.
-No unauthorized or unregistered guests.
-Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Additional guests beyond the reservation count will incur a $50 per person, per day fee and may be reported to Vrbo.
-Guests are responsible for damaged or permanently stained linens.
-No pets allowed.
-No fireworks.
-No hair dyeing or turmeric powder use inside the home.
-Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the neighbors.
-Unauthorized late checkout or overstays will incur additional charges.
-The property backs up to the Holliday Nature Preserve, so occasional insects or wildlife may be present.
-While the home is thoroughly cleaned, the occasional stray hair may occur and is not grounds for refund.
-Exterior security cameras monitor the front yard, backyard, and side yards, recording both video and audio.
-Motion detectors are located in the garage and basement, which are off-limits to guests.
-Missing items removed from the property will be charged at replacement cost.
