View, views, views! Totally beautiful modern home has a very large balcony which provides an opportunity for endless dreaming and relaxation as you look at the ocean and the islands directly offshore. There is also a dock for your boat and many palms to ensure you feel like you are in Paradise in the Keys!

The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances. Both bathrooms have dual sinks.

Everything is light and bright with lots of windows and doors for the view. The living room is furnished with 2 leather couches to watch the view or the flat screen TV's. There is another hideaway couch in the 2nd bedroom.

The property is in Summerland Key, a short 25 minutes away from Key West.

Unbeatable location

House furnishings are nothing fancy but serviceable, but if you're here, you'll be spending as much time as possible outside anyway. Internet is great for WFH, and there's a desk + small table to use for work space. The house is also equipped with ludicrously sized margarita glasses for enjoying frozen margaritas down on the dock.

Great location. Great house.

We loved our stay, the house is in a great location for access to ocean or bay. The house is cozy and welcoming. Marianne was always available to respond to our questions.

PERFECT KEYS LOCATION

If you are a boater, the house is in a perfect location with easy access to the Atlantic and Gulf. Our boat is a 24 mako and was easy to move in and out the the channels as we made our way to open water. The house is exactly what you see in the pictures. A simple Key West style set up with everything you need. The covered porch is where we spent most the time and was perfect to sit and enjoy the view. I actually even set up my office outside as I was there for the month - heavenly! The location sits between Key West and Marathon so if you want to hit the larger keys you're only a 30 minute drive each way. I would suggest stocking up with beverages and groceries before you hit the keys. They do have small packaging stores on Summerland with everything you need but can be a bit pricy. Maryann was a pleasure and can't wait to return! Robert

Fun, great location!

Great view! Loved the porch and sitting top of the steps in the morning. Good place to kayak and paddle board. Very close to fishing and my favorite place to snorkel, Looe key sanctuary. Owners are very nice, we had a great time!

Relaxation Squared!!

This is the ideal relaxing, romantic getaway! Immaculate home with big water view and a fishing dock in deep water! You will catch lots of fish! The sunsets are amazing! Nice neighbors. Close to nature with pelicans, herons, and iguanas. Twenty minutes from Key West with all the support facilities you will need within 5 minutes of the house--Winn Dixie, CVS, Ace Hardware, bait shop, Post Office, and restaurants. Office Max, K-Mart and Publix are 20 minutes away. House has all the amenities you need from wifi to a TV in every room to completely furnished kitchen, two bedrooms and two full baths. Master bedroom walks out onto a large screened in porch on the Atlantic side that covers the entire width of the house with comfy chairs and dining room set for six. Two-car parking underneath. Great area to walk or ride bikes. Very scenic and quiet. You can walk to a great pizza restaurant three blocks away. Get ready to unwind and enjoy the view, the quiet, and the easy living in 80+ degrees.

Like Paradise

I spent the month of January at this beautiful house, and every day was like being in paradise. If one does nothing but sit on the lanai and gaze at the blue/green waters it's a great day. The proximity to Key West and other Lower Keys makes it a fantastic place to stay for many options from fishing to photography. I used it as a base for birding and photography trips, and shopping and dining in Key West of course, and the location was perfect. The amenities were fine, and the owner very responsive to any questions and/or recommendations. I would highly recommend this house for your vacation. The only problem was that I needed to be there much longer! It was wonderful.

Beautiful house and view!

We have rented this house a couple of times now and we love it! It is really nice inside and has fantastic views. We have a large boat and this house worked very well since it is on a deep canal with easy access to the ocean. This house was conveniently located mid-way between Key West and Marathon but its fantastic location on the water and big balcony meant that you could feel a million miles away from anything. Very nice stainless kitchen appliances and modern furnishings inside the house. The house was well maintained and we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent house with beautiful views

We loved this house. It has beautiful views. We were able to enjoy both the sunset and sunrise both over the water from the house. The house was all new inside, very nice, beach type décor, nice furnishings. Also a large balcony with plenty of comfortable furniture to enjoy the view. Hope to return!

Nice home with a wonderful view of the ocean

This is a very nice home with a wonderful view of the ocean from the screened in balcony. The home was nicely furnished. The home was very nicely outfitted and the only thing really missing was a outside Grill. There is a downstairs screened in area for sitting with a very nice view of the ocean. The neighbors were very friendly during our stay. Everything worked great with the exception of a small electrical problem which the owners had promptly repaired. This house is located midway between Big Pine Key and Key West and we visited those areas several times. We want to thank the owners for sharing their home with for the months of December 2013 and January and February 2014. Bob and Suzie Davis
