Our property is located in a peaceful and secure suburban community in Murray Hill/East Flushing with essential amenities such as a grocery store, restaurant, laundromat, salon, and pet store nearby.

Our location benefits from excellent transportation links, with a 24-hour city bus stop located right next to the building, offering frequent services and just 0.5 miles from The Long Island Railroad Murray Hill Station and just 1.1 miles or a 7-minute bus ride to the Flushing Subway Station. It takes just 15-35 minutes by train or subway from Flushing to reach Manhattan's Grand Central Station, Penn Station, Times Square, or Central Park.

The property is nestled in a serene neighborhood, just a short walk from the beautiful 235-acre Kissena Park. The park boasts a lake, a golf course, a cycling track, and several tennis courts.
