We take guest feedback seriously, but believe prospective guests deserve an accurate account of the circumstances. This is the only negative review our property has received. Our other guests consistently praise the home’s cleanliness, condition, and overall experience. Several claims in this review are inaccurate or omit important context. First, we accommodated this guest with complimentary early check-in, a courtesy omitted from her review. Second, contrary to her assertions, additional toilet paper was available beneath the bathroom sink, and paper towels were stored in the supply closet. The supplies were present, even if the guest did not locate them. Third, the guest never reported the allegedly dirty bedding during her stay, denying us any opportunity to inspect or remedy the concern. Our consistently positive cleanliness reviews speak for themselves. We acknowledge that communication regarding supplies could have been more timely. However, we dispute the characterization that we were argumentative or unwilling to assist. Notably, this review was also accompanied by a demand for financial compensation, despite multiple disputed allegations. We respect honest feedback, but believe it should fairly reflect the facts and accommodations provided. We encourage prospective guests to consider our established record of positive reviews rather than this isolated account.
