Entering into the condo, you are immediately greeted with a welcoming feel, modern furnishings and updated features. Enjoy hardwood floors throughout and an abundance of warm natural light. The open concept floor plan of the main living area is inviting, cozy. The living room has a huge flat screen TV, perfect for curling up on the couch after a long beach day. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops & upgraded appliances. There is a dining table that seats four as well as a small desk space for those who may need to work remote. The expansive back deck is a true highlight of the property. Enjoy a watching a tennis match and taking in the island breezes, all while you sip your morning coffee.
The first of the two bedrooms is the primary suite which features a queen size bed, TV and private bathroom. The second guest room contains two twin beds and has access to the shared hallway bath.
Take a short bike ride over to the miles of white sandy beaches. Book a time at the equestrian center to go horseback riding. Head over to the club for lunch or a swim in the oceanfront pool. The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.
The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2026. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2027.
Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.
