With two master suites, modern aesthetic decor, high-end furnishings and appliances, and stunning marsh views, this beach house checks off all the boxes.

Guests enter the space onto the deck, complete with a grill, dining table, lemon tree, and a retractable deck awning to enjoy the shade and the island sun. A wall of windows, set against the Lowcountry marsh, offers incredible views of the island wildlife and phenomenal sunsets. Sunlight pours through wide glass windows into an open living space that feels effortlessly glamorous and deeply relaxed. The home blends swanky Mediterranean style with coastal ease. Soft leather seating and both modern and vintage accents create an airy, curated feel without ever trying too hard. The living area offers state-of-the-art Sonos speakers for an enhanced viewing experience.

The kitchen is white, crisp, and airy with new appliances and ample cookware and serveware. A washer and dryer in the villa make beach trips a breeze.

The two master suites are private retreats of their own, each spacious and serene. Think plush bedding, textured neutrals, and blackout curtains for sleeping in. The first floor master bedroom offers a plush king bed, a large closet, balcony access, and access to the adjacent full bath with a tub/shower combo.

In the upstairs master suite, enjoy an ensuite bathroom with a large shower. The secluded balcony overlooks the coastal marsh. Enjoy this private balcony space, equipped with two Adirondack chairs, positioned above the vast marsh views that shift with the tide—silvery greens in the morning, golden and rose-hued at sunset. Breezes carry the scent of salt and sea grass onto shaded terraces made for slow mornings and long evenings.

Every room feels intentional, calm, and indulgent—a beach house where Mediterranean elegance meets marshland magic.

Reserve this two-bedroom, two-bath villa set on the Lowcountry marsh, near the crab docks, and a short way to the Seabrook Island beach club, private beach, Bohicket Marina, and Freshfields Village.

• BEACH: 1.1 miles away. At least 2 beach chairs are provided at the property for guest use.
• CLUB AMENITIES: Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with your rental at no extra charge (a $55 daily savings). This offers access to the oceanfront Beach Club pools (open seasonally), club dining, golf courses, and tennis courts.
• POOL: Access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the amenity card. The outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lake House is also included.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: Electric and gas-powered LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) are permitted at this villa complex. LSVs require a gate pass and count as a vehicle towards the 2-vehicle maximum limit.
• CHILDREN: Children welcome.
• PET POLICY: No pets allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
• LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.
• PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED & MANAGED: Short-Term Rental License STR25-000598.
• ADDITIONAL INFO: A $69 Non-Refundable Fee applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).

• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located inside the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

• COFFEE MAKERS: A standard carafe coffee pot and a Keurig single-serve machine are on site. Please bring your own ground coffee for the carafe option or use your favorite Keurig K-cups.

• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $55 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Please ensure that your completed amenity card form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is unable to accept information over the phone.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a strict limit of 2 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided, and drivers may be required to show a valid driver's license at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) require a pass and count toward the 2-pass limit.

• CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self-check-in process. Guests will directly check in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions.

• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are local and family-owned, and your stay is our priority. We are on the island, licensed, insured, and locally staffed. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

• CLEANING: Our housekeeping teams are among the most detailed anywhere. Cleanliness is a hallmark of every stay. Our housekeeping teams are trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best detailed practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs. We launder the bedcoverings (comforters, bedspreads, quilts) after every single stay.

• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

• CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
