Such a great condo with a great location! At the end of the strip so that you are away from the crowds, but still close to Pier Park and a lot of other activities. Condo was very clean and kitchen was supplied well. Will definitely be back again.

This is one of the nicest units we have been in at Splash! We just loved it. The kitchen is fully stocked, everything was clean comfortable. We love the snack shop, bar, and pools. The included beach chairs are just wonderful. You don't have to do anything and can just enjoy yourself here! Tim was wonderful. He is quick to respond and make sure you have a wonderful stay! Splash is also conveniently located with many stores and restaurants close by and you can't beat the view.

This property was everything we were looking for! Very cute and comfortable stay. Absolutely LOVED that beach chairs and umbrella were included with the stay. The host was very nice and quick to respond with any questions. 10 out of 10!

The condo was amazing, clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed minus the groceries. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The hosts were extremely professional and helpful which made checking in/out a breeze. I would definitely book again.

Property Manager great communication with property manager got back with me ASAP with any questions. Property has everything we needed and having washer/dryer in condo was extremely nice. Kids did splash park every evening. Property was nice and clean would definitely book again.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Room was perfect. A few dishes were dirty in cabinets and a pillow sham but when mentioned to the host he assured us he’d mention it to the house cleaners for next time. Great communication! The overall stay was perfect. Very relaxing! The gift shop across the street, splash pools, and beach all very close and felt safe. The only negatives we had was the amount of trash in the grassy parts of the beach and the beach itself of the resort. We personally picked up trash while looking for shells multiple days. Also the street draining into the ocean was awful after a rain which it did multiple days of our stay and prevented us from swimming those days as it was the entire stretch of our beach front.
Our kids loved everything about this trip.

It was a beautiful condo and comfortable enough for my family of 4. The resort was very entertaining, my kids loved the pools and splash zone. The only negative thing, and it has nothing to do with the condo itself, are the elevators.

Great place to stay!

The communication with the property manger exceeded expectations. The room was super clean and the washer and dryer helped immensely! We had a fantastic vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay in 1103E. You are at the perfect height in my opinion and the room is right when you get off the elevator. Updated LVP flooring, smart TVs, newer furniture, and updated appliances had us thankful. My wife loved having a large tub in the on-suite bathroom to soak in at night while I preferred the walk-in shower in the other bathroom. The icing on the cake was the included beach chairs (first come first serve so get there before 8am to reserve a set) and the washer/dryer being in the condo. We were able to pack less clothing for the week stay, keep towels clean, and not come home with a lot of laundry to do. PARKING - I was worried about parking across the street and having to walk all the way across the road on the walkway with all of our luggage, but the resort had more than enough luggage carts to accommodate arrival and departure. I was very thankful for the parking garage and covered walkway during the one big storm we had. All in all, we really did enjoy our stay and we look forward to staying here again!

Very cute condo! Right next to the elevator which was also super convenient with little kids. Great location overall! Host was fabulous about checking in with us and making sure everything was good. Very much recommend!

Perfect Getaway in Panama City Beach!

We had an amazing time staying at this condo in Panama City Beach! The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The views from the balcony were stunning—sunrises and sunsets were absolutely breathtaking.What really made our experience stand out was the host's hospitality. They were incredibly accommodating and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great visit. From helpful local tips to quick responses to our questions, it truly felt like we were in good hands.The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and just steps from the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable stay in PCB!

Beautiful, clean condo with a wonderful view!

We had an amazing stay! The condo was exactly as listed. Everything was clean and well kept and the owners were very responsive to any inquiries. We have been coming to this resort for the last 10 years and this was one of our favorite units. We will definitely book again!

Good Stay

The VRBO was nice. Check-in was smooth. The two line chairs and beach umbrella took it over the top. The host was good at checking in to ensure we were enjoying our stay. One detractor was that the internet was out for a day.

Spring Break!

My family and I loved this property. The view is amazing, very nice, clean, and cozy condo. Just as pictured. Everything you need is on this properties grounds. Good food, drinks, and the ice cream shop is a bonus. We enjoyed that comfort treat every night. Chair service was excellent and the pools were a hit when they got tired of the beach. The host was amazing and checked in to make sure everything was to our liking. I’d definitely stay here again.

Fantastic rental

My daughter and I came here for the first time and stayed 5 nights for spring break. The owner, Tim was very responsive and made himself available for anything we might have needed . The condo was exactly as listed! Clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view is AMAZING and being able to watch the sunset every night from the balcony was great. The condo is located just steps from the elevator which was very convenient . We will definitely stay here again !
