We stayed 5 nights and it was very cozy and clean. The condo has all the amenities of home. The pool is heated and the jacuzzi was amazing. Everyone in the community that we talked to were friendly. Check in and check out was easy. Jim the host went above and beyond to make it a great stay!

The property owner is very accomodating. He took extra care to make sure I had a pleasant stay. It is an excellent choice if you want a place that is close to shopping and dining along with peace and quiet. The unit was very clean and has a comfortable cozy feel. There are plenty of ammenities along with security and co ered parking. The location has easy access to the airport, Scottsdale and Phoenix. I will book this property again if available.

Perfect

My daughter and I stayed for a weeklong getaway and everything was perfect for our needs. We each had a bedroom upstairs and access to our own bathroom, plus the bathroom on the main floor. We love how it was decorated. The furniture was comfortable, there were all the things we needed in the kitchen, and even lots of books to read! We spent each evening taking a dip in the pool, which was only a few steps away. The grounds were lovely and well taken care of, and most importantly, communication was thorough, thoughtful, and made us feel welcome. Thank you!

We had a fabulous stay. Very relaxing. The host was super accommodating. He checked in several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Left a welcome basket with a gift card for us which was a pleasant surprise! A close walk to several restaurants and Trader Joes

Wonderful!

We rented this property for a two week stay. The unit was well stocked with everything you would need. The location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, groceries and shopping, and local attractions within a short drive. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The people in the complex were very friendly and enjoyable to visit with. Jimmy, the host, was great. He was very accomodating and informative with pointers to the area. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Terrific place

The host was superb and amenable to any request we made to him. In fact, things were so good that the only request we made was that he list a few of his favorite restaurants in the vicinity of the unit. The unit location was centrally located and a short walk or drive to practically anything you wanted to do. Grocery stores within a walk or short drive.

Great Scottsdale vacation

Very great location with a terrific host who warmly greeted us and the condo was very clean and pool and hot tub were a great way of relaxing after a long day. We would definitely book this condo next time we come back

Owner Jim was a delight to communicate with, and went out of his way to make sure i had all i needed. Generously offered some treats in basket on table, a nice touch! The condo was quite nice and comfy, and the property is lovely, though construction was under way right outside of the condo during my stay. Jim wasn't aware that it was still ongoing, so that was unfortunate as noise started early morning, throughout the day. So hopefully everything is renovated now - maybe just check with Jim to be sure, especially if you're going to be spending any time at the condo, on weekdays. Wifi was included, apparently 5G, but somehow both phone and iPad couldn't process images from websites... (for example while checking out restaurants and menus - just simple basic use of internet), was very slow and often couldn't show full webpages... so i had to use data on my phone to open sites properly and quickly. - so if you need to do work online, perhaps check with Jim that all is well.. Aside from these 2 aspects, which can easily be checked to ensure all is good, i certainly recommend staying at this property. Jim is a sweetheart ...so kind and helpful. - and he remains available to communicate with, if anything is needed, which is wonderful! Thanks so much for your care! :)

Scottsdale condo was perfect in every way

Condo was exactly as described and photographed. All amenities included were perfect. Pool was 10 steps from condo patio, water temperature was excellent! Location to everywhere we wanted to go was also perfect. Our granddaughter didn’t want to leave! We will stay here again in the future!

This is not a vacation house.

This is some guys house who rented it as a vacation house. All the persons dirty shoes and clothing are in the closets. The fridge had his food in it. The cupboards had his food in them. The whole house was full of his personal belongings. He had medicine in the low cupboard of the bathroom where little children could easily get to them. He had plastic bags in a low cupboard where little children could easily get to them and suffocate. There was a open bar full of alcohol that children could easily reach. This house is not safe for children. The owners laundry was in the wash machine. We were stressed the whole 10 days we were there. We were being used to house sit someones house not in a vacation home. We want a refund!

Fantastic Property

We had a wonderful time in Scottsdale. This is a great place to stay for a number of reasons. The location was perfect for getting to our activities and restaurants. The property is spotlessly clean and well equipped. Located in a very nice community, we enjoyed the amenities that were available to us. Perhaps the most impressive thing is the owners. They are friendly and their communication was outstanding. We totally recommend this property and are looking forward to returning at a later date. A++++++++++++

Best Vrbo yet!

This was absolutely perfect for a quick 5 day getaway to better weather. The condo was super clean and decorated cute. We were looking to just relax by the pool and work remotely. The pool and hot tub were directly out our back patio door. It was quiet and never too busy. Also perks for us were Starbucks right across the road and Trader Joe’s a super short walk away. There are lots of restaurants near by. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. We didn’t arrive until after midnight and Jim even had cold cuts and fresh bread for us to make sandwiches when we got there. He also had a big basket of snacks on the table which was a nice little bonus. He checked in often and answered my few questions very promptly. 10 out of 10 for us.

The condo was perfect for our 2 week stay. It's the owners personal unit and very well equipped for whatever you might need. Jimmy Snowden, the owner, reached out to us twice during our stay to make sure everything was going well and checked to see if there was anything he could do for us. We really appreciated the service! The condo is in a perfect and quiet location. You have a winner Jimmy, thank you!

Great condo! It’s a do over!!

We loved our time at this condo. Great location, many nice restaurants near by, Trader Joe’s within walking distance. Close to golf courses too. The pool is heated which was a huge bonus and it is literally steps away from the condo. The whole area is very well kept. The owner was very attentive and was great at giving recommendations. We are already deciding on when our next trip back will be!

Relaxing Getaway

This rental was one of the best we have ever stayed in. It was well equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. Jimmy had notes and maps with great restaurant recommendations. He had left us wine and treats and even a gift card to the most amazing grocery store we have been in! He definitely went above and beyond what was necessary but it was all appreciated. We wish him and his family the very best as they take over this rental for themselves and will definitely be keeping our eyes on it being open for renting in the future.

The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The unit was stocked with the snacks and a gift card as we are non-drinkers. If you plan on cooking at home the kitchen has everything you might need.

Great Location! Great Property! Great Owner!

This condo was perfect! Outside seating, both upstairs and downstairs! Pool side! The owner was great! He contacted us the day of check in to make sure it went smoothly and also checked in mid-stay to make sure all is well and it was Indeed!! The property was fulling stocked with everything!!! I didn't need to bring any of the items I usually bring!!(Paper towel, storage bags, Aluminum foil, soaps, shampoos, etc) Would love to stay here again, soon!! Thanks Jim!!!!

Right in the middle of the finest resorts Scottsdale has to offer including the new Ritz Carlton USA flagship property being built just up the street. The fact that if you didn't want to rent a car while your here you really dont have too. Everything so close, restaurants, great golfing, hiking, biking, shopping, bus transportation and free trolley service just outside....casinos, museums, new attractions aquarium and butterfly exhibit close by. I personally love it because its clean, quiet and beautiful...lots of palm trees and flowers everywhere....every where you look mountains surrounding the city.....close to flagstaff in the summer a two hour drive and your completely cooled off....a great place to stay as a base if you are here with friends or family to visit the grand canyon. Unlike Florida....no bugs and very dry climate....yes she does get dicey here in the summer so just keep jumping in the pool......thanks jimmy
