- Secluded Fenced Backyard: Step outside to the secluded fenced backyard, a true oasis with mature landscaping. The space includes a BBQ grill and seating area, ideal for entertaining or simply enjoying a peaceful evening outdoors.

Please be mindful of surrounding neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am including weekends. Absolutely no parties allowed. No smoking of any kind. Please clean up after your pets. Breaking any of these rules will result in a $500 fine.

While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times.

We offer a grill in the backyard for your use; however, please note that propane is at your own expense.
