HOUSE RULES
We want guests to have the right expectations so you can have a smooth and happy experience every time.

- Strictly NO parties and events ($500 fine), no smoking, vaping or any drugs anywhere on the property including outdoor areas ($300 fine), no shoes in the home, no pets.

- Quiet hours between 10pm-8am, and please also be cognizant of noise level outside quiet hours as we share walls with neighbors.

- A doorbell camera at the front door to monitor exterior of the house. No camera inside house.

- Please expect to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 3 stories.

- Our home is child and family-friendly but not child-proofed. Please do not leave children unattended.
