Our home features an updated trendy great-room concept with a spacious kitchen, dining and living area. It has been furnished with custom designer paint, fabric, furniture, linens and finishes. And best of all…it’s only 200 yards to private Pedregal beach!

This beautiful and fully furnished home comfortably sleeps 8 people. It is situated in Pedregal, Cabo San Lucas, the most prestigious resort communities in San Jose Del Cabo. It's only a 20 minute walk to downtown Cabo San Lucas. The Pedregal offers amenities including a gym, spa, tennis club with pros and cocktails, and Capella a few minutes away with 5 star dining and spas.

Every room in the home is beautifully decorated with warm, contemporary furnishings. There are 4 bedrooms downstairs; one king master, one master with a queen and pullout sofa; one double bedroom; and the fourth has two twins with hints of Trina Turk fabric for bright Mexican-chic color. Three of the bedrooms have ocean front views for a gorgeous sunrise or sunset.

The private pool is just off the upstairs living/dining room and kitchen complete with four lounge chairs and an outdoor sectional. The dining room table sits eight. The patio offers picture perfect ocean views, sunsets and whale watching! It’s a place to gather your thoughts, have a cocktail, relax or watch the booze cruises go by. The pool can be heated for an extra daily charge.

The tennis club is a short walk up the hill. Cabo San Lucas proper is a short walk away with shopping, clubs, restaurants and a great time. We have walked it many times, but we would not recommend relying on walking as a mode of transportation from the home. You can certainly skip a car rental if you prefer, but we encourage you to rent a car.

The home has wireless internet access, Smart TV's, air conditioning, and a washer and dryer. We are happy to introduce you to our house-manager who would love to help you arrange excursions, fishing, extra cleaning services and do your shopping for you (for an additional fee) before you arrive if you would like these additional amenities. She is also available to cook for you and your guests for an additional fee.

The home has been in our family since it was built and we have cherished our memories of growing up there. We want to share our Cabo experience with others to create their own Mexico memories. Our goal with our guests is to build lasting relationships and be a yearly vacation destination for our guests and their families.
