Featuring 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this private residence offers plenty of balconies for water viewing, expansive cathedral ceilings, top of the line appliances and ceiling fans throughout. Boaters can take advantage of the 40 foot dock complete with davits and deep water access. Imagine yourself waking up in the top floor master suite, watching the dolphins splashing out on the open water while you plan your day to include a dip in the heated pool before you spend the afternoon lounging in the Florida sun. The sophisticated decor, private setting and countless amenities makes this home the ultimate in Keys accommodations.

The house is truly amazing and the lagoon it is on is so lovely. We kayaked every day and saw the crocodile, manatees and lots of birds! The pool was warm (oddly the hot tub not so much) and the breezeway was a terrific place to hang out all day. Sunsets were best watched on the top floor balcony!

This house is very spacious and clean. With our large size of family it served its purpose. We are boaters and appreciated the dock space and the ease of getting out to the bay. The only complaint was a bug problem. The mosquitos were very bad. And we had an ant infestation in the game room. The property manager immediately called in an exterminator and had it taken care of. Due to being this time of year and being by the water this type bug issue happens. Just have to stay up with bug service especially with tenants coming in and out.

Spacious and great lagoon views

Overall the place was great. It has ice makers, which is great for keeping up in the heat. The one big down side is the freezer in the kitchen could not keep ice cream frozen. This caused some trouble as the only other freezer was for bait. So no frozen things on the trip. The second one are locks on doors that kids could lock. We had 2 instances of needing to get doors unlocked by the owners.

The property is well situated and has a nice view. Lots of wildlife, including manatee and dolphin sightings from the dock. The house was comfortable and well set up for our family.

Beautiful but…

the location of the house is wonderful. The layout of property is spectacular and the views are outstanding however, it’s time for the owner to spend a little bit of the 10,000 a week on some routine maintenance. For example, the pool heater does not operate by thermostat only full on or full off. the hot tub has no jets and you are unable to make it hotter than the pool( this is a know issue by the owner),no operating lighting in the pool and there should be handrails near the steps of the pool.The davits are completely inoperable in fact, missing equipment for them to operate. It’s time for the property to be updated with adequate interior lighting as many of the bathrooms are dark and hard to see. overall, the property needs some repairs and updating for the amount of money that is charged for a weekly rental. Overall, we had a great time. The condition of the property is not what was fully represented

This home is amazing!! Home is well maintained and very clean. Everything you need is available. Perfect floor plan, perfect location, view is unbelievable! Owner is super responsive. Absolutely no complaints… except that we have to leave!

Family Trip with Three Generations

We enjoyed the this property very much. It had plenty of room for our three families and amazing views of the water. Being at the endo of the street also provided us with added privacy and less traffic. Having multiple restaurants to walk to is also a plus.

Winter Family Vacation 2025

Property was amazing! More than we expected. Cleanliness throughout from ramp deck to driveway. Spectacular views of nature including morning greetings from the manatees & dolphins to the nightly curious gator. So many activities provided to keep all ages entertained. My family and I had a wonderful time.

Wonderful place for the holidays

We loved so much about this property. The layout of the home was perfect with the multiple bedrooms and baths. The kitchen, living and dining rooms were very open so we felt like we could use the entire main floor but not be crowded. The pool was a great temp and we spent a lot of our time just hanging out there. We saw manatees from the dock and were able to rent a boat and keep it overnight. The fishermen and women in our group appreciated that there were fishing poles available. The management company was responsive with all my questions, which was even more impressive considering we were there over the holidays. We highly recommend this property!

Relaxing week away

We loved the situation -- the house is on the water, and the views are fabulous. Plenty to do in the house - games, ping pong, fishing from the dock. Very well equipped kitchen. We had a few minor issues; the pool was cold, and we didn't know how to work the range hood. BUT, the agent was absolutely fabulous. Got back to us immediately when we had questions. All in all, a wonderful, relaxing holiday.

3rd Year Renting Says It All

We love this home and consider it our family's home away from home. The home is large enough for our 10 family members to never feel crowded. The pool, the beach area for fishing, the dock, the game room all add to our fun. We love that the home is in a residential area and we can walk, run, and ride bikes in a safe environment. Shopping, restaurants, and water activities are in close proximity. We rented a boat from A1A for the week and had fun taking sunset cruises and fishing. Great property and great location.

Awesome Family Getaway

Great place for a family that needs five bedrooms, separate bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, ice machines, washer/dryers, game room, and pool. Grea location to visit other Keys. Management staff is very responsive and great to work with.

Great Escape

The property was awesome! Had one issue where water came in after a hard rain, but Upper Key and the owner were quick to respond. Overall we had a great week. Would recommend more trash cans on the upper level and a bigger one around the pool area.

Our Home Away from Home

This was our second year staying at this home and we consider it our home for a week and treat it as such. Our family of 9 stayed this year. The home is so large and spread out we never felt crowded. The game room is a favorite of our grandkids and the pool is a favorite of all of us. We cooked most meals at home and happy there is a Winn Dixie close. We rode bikes and walked and appreciate that this home is in a neighborhood. We fished from the sandy yard, watched dolphins, manatees, and "Marsha", the resident croc (not sure how the kids came up with the name). I could go on about how much we enjoyed our stay but I believe the title says it all. We love this home and location so much we already rented for next year.
