Gulfview II Unit 223 is a beautiful 1 bed/ 1 bath Gulf View unit located in Miramar Beach. This unit comfortably sleeps 6 with a Queen Bed, twin/twin bunkbeds, and sleeper sofa. Enjoy the luxury of your own private balcony or bring a book down to the pool area and lounge in bliss. Beach access is just across the street and shopping is less than four miles away.

*Please note there is no elevator at Gulfview

Less than four miles away, you will be in a shoppers paradise at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, offering a variety of shopping options. Great Stay

Happy to have stayed here! It’s in a great location and close to everything! Our girls loved the pool and being so close to the beach! We love Miramar and will be back again next year

Family vacation

We’ve stayed in Gulf View before, and love the location. Suzette was easy to talk to and gets hold of quickly. she helped with a couple issues we had with the cable which was no fault to her. We would definitely stay again.

Just a wonderful lil break.

Although it has been a lil cold and gloomy over the past few weeks, the convenience and beauty of this spot of the gulf is unmatched. Suzette has been absolutely wonderful to deal with… very responsive and accommodating - we would book another month… if we could.

Beautiful Condo, Perfect location

We really enjoyed our week in Destin-Miramir Beach the area is beautiful. Condo was as described online and location was great, it is directly across the street from the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of towels were provided which we don't always find in other Condos. Owner, Suzette was very nice and easy to work with, she responded quickly throughout the reservation process and during our stay. We would definitely stay there again!!

Gulf View is always a favorite

We love staying at this condo. This was our first time in this unit and it was better than others. The couches are huge and very comfortable, the kitchen has any and everything you might need. The bunk beds were also surprisingly comfortable and the linens and pillows were amazing. I loved have a few smaller beach chairs avail for early morning coffee on the beach. Communication was great with the host.

Overall good stay!!

We had a great stay at gf 223 we had everything we needed. Great location too beach. Some of the nights we had noisy people running up and down the hallway. Some noisy people above us running and screaming out of patio door. We didn’t stay in the room much except to sleep and if it was raining. Everything was cleaned and organized.

Beaches

We thought the property was great for our family. It isn't the fanciest, but it was perfect for us. It was clean, neat and Suzette was responsive to our needs. Perfect location, close to the beach but not in the real hustle and bustle of the area. Close to all other beautiful beach locations and to the Destin Harbor. Only suggestion would be to have a cooler, shade tent or new shade umbrella for guests, and maybe some new tubes or board to float on. We flew in and were unable to bring these items on the plane with us. Overall, the stay was amazing. thank you

Affordable option at great location

Had a nice 1 week stay. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Great access to the beach across the street from the property. When we booked, it said we would have access to 2 pools but only had access to one. We assumed the second building had been sold or something. The one pool was fine, though could get crowded at times. Kitchen cabinet configuration made it difficult to reach the everyday needed things. Luckily my husband is much taller than me! Also note that there is no table (there were in the pics when we reserved) just bar stools at the counter. Simple, clean, great location

Nice place right off the beach

Booked to attend a wedding. Got a little lost as I turned on Sandy Cay Dr just past the driveway. Place was clean, comfortable and quiet. Didn't look around the property but only saw one pool. Not sure where the other was. Sent a question to the host via text and didn't get an answer but not important. The other thing that was a little confusing was the text I got was one number but the info said for questions text another number with (VIEW) after it. Huh? And listed 3 separate websites, one of which didn't load.

If you park in the back of building you miss seeing the other pool. Our ofice Number does spell VIEW (8439). Already planning to stay again next year!!!

Everything was so wonderful during our stay at this Gulfview property! The condo itself is so quaint and the perfect size for 2 adults! Plenty of parking superclose to property. You are just one floor up and beyond accessible to the pool and hot tub right outside the door. I was amazed at the ease and efficiency the walk to the beach is from the property! I believe it when they say 88 steps! Wifi is strongest in the living room/kitchen. The bathroom is very spacious and the shower has wonderful heat and just the right amount of water pressure a person needs after a long hard day at the beach! Other guests we ran into said they've stayed at Gulfview for at least 10 years in a row. They clearly had the right idea!! And in an even better surprise, they provide guests with BEACH LOUNGERS AND UMBRELLAS that are set out by this charming and the most friendly young man every morning! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and cant wait to come back again!

Just enough

Gulf View II 223 was cute and just enough. The bathroom was bigger than the kitchen. Balcony was barely enough room for 2 chairs and faces the trees and the next complex....no gulf views. The unit was just enough though for us and our 17 yr old son. The unit was clean, except for the balcony...lots of sand. The poo and grilling station was right outside the front door. The location was with in walking distance to Captin Dave's(a must try for calamari and boom boom shrimp!) and Kenny D's(good for drinks..not a fan of food). Beach access was a breeze and they have showers at the front of the complex...nice added bonus! Suzette with the management company was super responsive in real time!!!! Would rent here again, but a gulf front unit.

This is a great spot for a getaway and if a kiddo loves bunks, even better! 2 pools, 1 hot tub and beach across the street with Pompano Joes on the west of the other mentioned restaurants...there are several in the Miramar Beach market place down from Pomps! Good Location

Location of the property is ideal for beach goers. The place itself is just okay. It did not feel super clean and furniture feels very outdated. Kitchen has the necessary appliances to make a quick meal, but there were no pot holders, dishwasher detergent, spices or other items, that you won't want to bring on vacation, but would be easy to stock for guests. Bathroom was okay, although also outdated, but was stocked with plenty of towels. The place is also very noisy. And, I don't mean the expected noises from the outside. You can hear every step your upstairs neighbor makes, water running and toilet flushing. WiFi and cable TV were working fine. The gate codes for the beach listed on the guest rules are not accurate. So, it is advised to contact the host before going. I ended up not needing to contact her, as a nice neighbor gave it to me while trying to open the gate at the beach. Overall, the place does the trick if you are planning to be out and about all day. But, it does not feel very comfortable for extended stays indoors.

We keep our place reasonably priced so it is available to all families. We have stocked up on items you mentioned but spices can get messy. So we think it best to keep those minimal and less cluttered. We have a Security Guard on site during busy season and off season. Notify me with the noise and he will approach the noisy guests since we want you to relax and unwind. Griffin Security if their company. Please keep us posted since we do provide a starter set of items for your stay. We want to make sure you are comfortable, bedding has been updated, too.. Mgmt
