This was a wonderful property. Super close to shopping and the beach and restaurants. The only issue I had was that the information in the house to contact them was different than the emailed information we received. We'd definitely come back again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was perfect for our family of 5 adult children for us all to meet in Georgia! It was a perfect, relaxing and beautiful home and island. We would definitely return to this home.

We loved this house. It was walking distance to the beach and shops in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There was plenty of room for our group of 12. We cooked in a couple of nights and the kitchen was well stocked! Great place to stay. Would totally book again

Comfort like home

Another year in the books

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was a few issues but nothing major besides the storms this year. This is like the 5th or 6th time my family had stayed in this home and it fits our large family perfectly.

It appears a new property management company is managing the property. We did not receive check in info, was told it was missing typed phone number Half the remotes didn’t have batteries, ice maker didn’t work, air filters were so caked with dust they were caved in. WiFi never worked Communicated all of this several times, was told teice somone was coming to fix it, hours later no one had come, An office assistant came to look at the WiFi, told us she would send smoke back with a new router, air filters, and to check the ice maker since she wasn’t maintenance, this was after coming out twice. No one else ever came. When we reached back out, we were told it was a miscommunication and that they were under the impression we didn’t want to be bothered again. We had asked at least 3 times when the items would be fixed. Our last several messages went unanswered. The house was great but the management of it was not. The fridge was dirty upon arrival- this I told them I could handle myself. Overall the experience was ok. They also have the wrong number listed on the property for check out

The house was in fine shape, nicely decorated and the location was great. We were aware of the elevator not working, so that was expected, but bed sheets had fresh red blood stains in one bedroom, the bath mat in another room was brown stained with god knows what, door knob on main door were tough and annoyingly difficult to open/close, wifi and TV use were frustrating and inconsistently functioning, early check in "policy" of charging 150 for 2hrs early check in (2pm vs 4pm) is annoying and unnecessary since they informed us no one was in the house before us and a 1hr early check in is free.... dishes, cups, and virtually all silverware was dirty upon first attempted use and required cleaning.All of this was manageable and easily overcome, but ...

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was quiet at night and an easy distance to the main street or beach to walk or golf cart. I recommend renting golf cart at one of the local rentals. It worked perfectly for our group. The kitchen was well appointed for the cooking that we did. It was nice having soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms.
