San Salvador (the capital): Approximately 45 minutes by car, you can easily access the city’s vibrant culture, historic sites, restaurants, and shopping.
El Tunco: Famous for its surf scene and lively atmosphere, El Tunco is about a 30-minute drive away, making it an ideal spot for a day trip to enjoy the beach, cafes, and nightlife.
El Zonte: Another stunning beach town known for its relaxed vibe and surf spots, El Zonte is around 25 minutes by car.

Clean-Up Courtesy
While our team performs a thorough cleaning between each guest's stay, we kindly request that you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and place dirty towels in the hamper. Please do not leave an excessive amount of dirty dishes.​

Laundry & Appliance Usage
Please note that the use of laundry facilities and appliances is not permitted during your stay. This policy is in place to prevent potential damage and to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this rule.​

Barbecue Use & Cleaning
If you wish to use the barbecue during your stay, please ensure that it is cleaned thoroughly after each use. This includes removing all food remnants, cleaning the grates, and disposing of any waste appropriately. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee to cover the cost of restoring the barbecue to its original condition. We appreciate your attention to this matter to maintain a pleasant environment for all guests.

Security & Safety
For your safety, please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. The access code to the villa is provided for your convenience and should not be shared with anyone outside of your reservation. Additionally, please do not leave valuables unattended on the property.​

Towel and Linens Usage Policy

Occupancy Limit & No Parties
We have a strict policy regarding the maximum number of guests allowed. If we discover that more guests are staying than those reported at the time of booking, we reserve the right to charge for the additional guests. Unauthorized guests may also result in immediate eviction without refund, as this violates our house rules and Airbnb's Terms of Service.

Accidents Happen
We understand that accidents can occur. If they do, please let us know promptly so we can address them efficiently. Quick communication also improves the chances of receiving your full security deposit refund.​

Inventory Check
We maintain an inventory of all items in the house and conduct an assessment immediately after each guest's departure. If any objects are missing, we will reach out to guests first.
